𝙁𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣 [𝙆𝙖𝙯𝙪𝙝𝙖 𝙭 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧]

𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙣

over the next few days, i stayed well hidden around the headquarters of the resistance. however, i began hearing news of myself and how i was in the country.

"i don't think it's best for you to be wandering too far from the campsite." teppei sighed as he poured me a cup of lukewarm tea. i hesitantly took it, placing my lips on the rim of the wooden cup. i shivered as the rain fell down heavily on the partially covered tent that teppei and i sat in.

"i'd at least like to help out in some way at some point. i'm good with a sword, you know." i glanced outside, the rain splatting down, the occasional thunder clap echoing throughout tatarasuna. teppei stood up from the kettle and sat down infront of me, holding his cup of tea.

"i can try get gorou to convince you to help out in patrol some day, but i don't know when i can." teppei tapped the side of his cup impatiently. suddenly, there were footsteps approaching the tent, water splashing around as they ran.

"ah, masachi, have you come for a cup of tea?" teppei questioned the man as he grabbed another wooden cup. masachi shook his head as he sat down next to me, water dripping all over my shoulder. i slowly edged away and wiped off my shoulder.

"no, thank you. did you both not hear of the events from the shogun today?" masachi asked as he shivered. i tutted as i shook my head, reaching behind me to grab a spare blanket and wrapped it around masachi's shoulders.

"today, she was seizing her 100th vision, and someone stole it right from her grasp." teppei and i gasped in unison as we heard this. "are they alive? did they receive divine punishment?" i questioned, sipping my almost cold tea.

"the shogun trialed them, and somehow before they could be punished. they escaped with the vision bearer. did i mention, they got away with the vision, too?" masachi exclaimed as he snatched the wooden cup from teppei's hand, giving into the tea. he poured himself a cup and chugged it, making a sour face. "your tea always turns out cold, teppei."

i furrowed my eyebrows in utter confusion. how can someone withstand divine punishment..

"are you alright, y/n?" teppei questioned as he took my cup out of my hands. i jumped back and sighed. "yeah, just lost in thought." i glanced outside to see the rain slowy stopping. i glanced back over at teppei and masachi.

"shall we go ask gorou about helping out with patrolling the pathways?" i questioned as i stood up, grabbing my red cape and wrapping it over my shoulders. i leaned over and picked up the kasa that i had made. i placed it over my head as i walked outside, my sword clanking against my leg from my belt.

kazuha fiddled with the bandage on his hand anxiously. beidou looked up at him from her desk and sighed.

"we cant go just yet. i still need to get everything supplied. we're trying our best." beidou rubbed her temple as she looked back down at the book on her desk. kazuha nodded and walked out of her office. he had slightly healed from his wound, but he still had to stay careful.

kazuha found himself sitting upon the wooden beam where him and y/n first kissed. (that's cringey i'm sorry but 😋)

he sighed as he looked out over the tides, watching as they gently fell against the boat. kazuha rested his head in his palm as he thought about possible ways to make it to inazuma. suddenly, it clicked.

he could try convince the adeptus to bring him and beidou to inazuma.

kazuha leaped from the beam and burst back into beidou's office, startling her. "kazuha! what do you need?" she shut her book and stood up from her desk, walking around it to stand infront of kazuha.

"we don't have to take the ship to get to inazuma. i know of another way." kazuha folded his arms and nodded with his words. beidou leaned foward towards kazuha.

"i'm listening."

this was short but i'm bored 💪

PLEASE I CANT STAND ANOTHER SECOND NKT BEING ABLE TO MOVE 🙏 my illness is making it so i'm not able to stand up or sit down certain ways 🤨 i haven't left my house except for nurse appointments 🙂
