Chapter 6

Sunday. Usually her days off but today seemed to be off. She was locked in her room all afternoon with nothing to do. How would you react? She felt as if she was being imprisoned or something. She never felt so clustered. But what occured to her was, why was she still here?She slowly walked out of the room. She walked over to the living room where everyone was gathered. She smiled and joined them all. There she received a couple looks and eye rolls. 'Good to be here.' She thought to herself. Everyone started to clap as she rolled her eyes and pretended to clap also. "Welcome." He said as he stood in front of them. "Mr.Lynch. I would like to know exactly what it is that made the progress you have made in the short period of time that you had?" A reporter asked. Reporters? What was this?

"Welcome and I'd like to introduce to you the new product of Lynch. This was inspired by a special friend of mine." He said as he played with the so called "product". The assistant brought over the product. "There is always a way.Since there was a way for me and Anderson to cooperate, I thought instead of making only things for the male population,I wanted to include the females. So til no futher a do, I give you the cover of Lynch and Anderson cooperation." He said revealing the new cover. She was surprised to see her face. It was plastered almost everywhere. She smiled. Never have she felt so happy. It wasn't because she was the cover of a company but because her plan was now in session. Her mom would be proud of her but only if she was here. "Congratz". Someone called. She smiled even bigger. Today was definitely a good day. She walked away and made her way back to her room.

"Andrew. I'm the cover of Lynch."She told her boyfriend happily."Congratulations sweetie. So what's next?" He asked. "Well I was thinking that maybe I should let him do all the heavy lifting and then I swoop in and take it from him." She said. "Why not do it slowly?" He asked. "This will be easier."She said. There came a knock at the door. She quickly hung up and answered. "Lynch." She greeted him. He handed her a rose and a dress. "I'd like you to come to a business dinner with me."He said. "Why?" She asked. "Since your officially representing the company, we got calls from across the globe.We got 39 calls and their all interested in working with you".He said.She looked at the dress. "Is that so?" She murmured. "Yes. Get dressed and don't be late." He said turning to leave when he suddenly stopped. He turned around and looked at her. "There are certain things I want you to know. But in the mean time, whatever it is that you want, help yourself. But..." He said closing in on her. "I will always win." He whispered and turned to walk away. "Thats if I don't get to it first."She smirked. He smirked also. He walked out of her room. She lifted her phone to her ear. "Benton. I'll take that offer." She said as she rolled a strand of hair on her finger. "Fantastic. When would you like to start?" He asked. "Tonight." She replied.
