"Are you sure about this?" Benton asked. She nodded hiding the earpiece in her hair.She walked over to the table. "Wow. She's even more beautiful in person." Alex,Minister of England, said as he took the brunette's hand and kissed it. She blushed."Oh hi. I'm Laura." She greeted. He smiled and she sat down. She sat right next to Lynch. He held her hand. "Thank you for this wonderful opportunity and I will definately want to take this. Done." Alex said. She tried to take her hand away. He eyed her. Just then her receiver went off. "Excuse me." She said. He chuckled as Alex looked on confused. She coughed lightly to cover the ringing sound in her ear."What is this opportunity... you speak of?" She asked. "I'm sending you to England." He said."What?" She asked. He ignored her question and continued to speak to Alex.

They kept talking and she was bored put of her mind. Business talk is not the best talk around. She noticed how he was holding her hand tightly. Alex did to. "Do you have feelings for the petite girl?" He asked. He looked at him. "No. Its just so I don't give her to some untrusting bastard." He said. He smiled."Alex.Cute name." She winked. He slowly let go of her hand. "You two get to know each other." He winked and got up. "Lynch. I have to go. I'll see her in England." He said. "About that?" She said. They looked at one another. "I don't want to go."She said. "Well you are." He said. Alex knew something was up. "Did you not inform her of this?" He asked. "No/Yes." They said together. He shook his head. "Well. I'll best go.See you soon." He said. They nodded as he left. Once he was out of sight, so we're they.

They returned home and she was definitely pissed that's for sure. He looked at her awaiting for her next move.She slapped him across the face."Did you just make me out to be a whore? I'm not some kind of tool you can play with." She said through her tightened teeth. "You kinda are". He said. The words pierced right through her to the pit of her stomach acid. "What did you just call me?" She asked. "You wanna put your hands on me? Come put your hands on me."He said. She backed away. "I hate you." She said. "That's amazing. Tell it to someone who gives a damn. It sure ain't me."He said. "Abuse of power".She mumbled. He looked at her.What was it? He noticed the receiver in her ear. He sighed. "Get out of my sight." She said. He forcefully pulled her towards him. Held her tightly and firmly peering into her sternly. She stuggled. "If Lynch goes down because of you, serious actions will be taken against you." He said. "Let go of me." She said. "Meet Andrew." He said. She pushed and shoved him. He wouldn't budge.Then he took it. She gasped as her mother's necklace fell into her hands.The girl was crushed.She swung her hand as far as she could and tried to slap him. He stops it before it connected to his face. He let her go as he took the charm.The tears flooded in her eyes. There he left her almost completely destroyed.
