Hello my loyal readers
As some of you may know, this was originally intended to be a story for the Open Novella Contest - but it didn't go like that. So, now I am changing the story, rewriting it to be a AU Shadowhunter fanfic but beware:
If you only like love stories, happy endings and overall fluff, then this is probably not for you. It's a dystopian story filled with horror and a lot of potential triggers like
- Sexual assault
- Torture
- Branding
- Suicide
- Murder
And for the Malec fans - you must be prepared for the fact that Magnus and Alec both have other partners for a part of the story. If you don't want to read about that, then this is not a story for you. (Malec will of course be endgame)
But if you do like plot twists, Zombielike creatures, hard decisions and perhaps crying through chapters, then this is a story for you. - I hope.
I will give trigger warnings at chapter beginnings, but I won't specify because it might ruin the story for those who read it.
