Number 1
Loyalty Obligation
You have an obligation to be loyal to the Council and the Chancellor. They are the reason you can live in safety, and therefor they deserve your gratitude and loyalty. You must always obey any member of the council, and the Chancellor above all else. Your loyalty to the Council and the Chancellor must be greater than your loyalty to your family and friends. If you are not loyal, you will be sent to the Wasteland.
Number 2
Distance Obligation
You have an obligation to maintain distance to everyone around you. In order to contain the spread of the virus, you are not allowed to touch another human without gloves. If you don't fulfill this obligation, you will be sent to the Wasteland.
Number 3
Community Obligation
You have an obligation to this community to report anyone who does not follow these obligations. if you fail to report someone you know to be a Deviator, you will be sent to the Wasteland.
Number 4
Work obligation
You have an obligation to work in order to help the community. You will work for six days and rest for one. A workday must be over ten hours. If you do not have a job or for any reason isn't able to maintain a job, you will be sent to the Wasteland.
Number 5
Procreation Obligation
You have an obligation to procreate when you have the correct genes.
Any woman who meets the gene standards has an obligation to donate eggs to the ProCreationCenter.
Any man who meets the gene standards has an obligation to donate semen to the ProCreationCenter.
Number 6
Appearance obligation
You have an obligation to make sure your appearance is the highest quality.
A man's body must be muscular, with no more than 10 percent fat.
A woman's body must have curves, but not have any excessive fat.
The face must be symmetric, and all body hair must be well-groomed
If you don't meet the statutory standard, Operations will be possible. If operations are not possible due to lack of fonds, you will be sent to the Wasteland.
Number 7
Knowledge obligation
You have an obligation to uphold he highest level of knowledge. Every child must be educated in Language, Mathematics, Society, History and Trivia. Children are evaluated at the end of each schoolyear where they will be grated between the numbers 1-10. Anyone who receives a grade under 5 is being shipped to the Wasteland.
You can be asked to take a standard test at any given moment after you turn 18. Grades under 5 will cause for you to be send to the Wasteland.
Number 8
Fidelity Obligation
You have an obligation to always be faithful to your life partner. Once married, you are allowed to reproduce by using the ProCreation Center where the woman will be artificially inseminated with the husband's semen. If you aren't faithful to your partner, you will be sent to the Wasteland.
