CHAPTER 57: DUMB BUNNY, SLY FOX

   

       The darkness of the morning did nothing to calm the very much awake Wei Wuxian who had been shifting in bed for the past 10 minutes. It was currently 5:15 am and the two had just woken up to begin preparing for the day. Normally by now, he would have been done with his shower, dressing up but a certain someone had decided to act up before the sun was even out. Lan Zhan knew exactly what Wuxian was trying to do with the way he curled up to him in a seductive and sneaky manner and had even climbed on top of him at one point. By the temperature of the body, it was clear that Wuxian was more than ready for some morning exercise if you knew what I mean. As soon as their five am alarm had rang out, he had practically caged Lan Zhan in, trying to have his wild way with him.

      "Wei Ying," Lan Zhan finally addressed. He had a long day planned ahead of him and couldn't be persuaded to any sort of actions at the moment.

    "Mmhhhh, just a few more minutes Lan Zhan. Let me stretch first," Wuxian muttered in a silky tone as he opened himself up like a blossoming flower making sure to leave hot touches in Lan Zhan's skin. Lan Zhan could only roll his eyes before he stood straight upright and pulled his feet out of bed.

     " Ahh Lan Zhan! Where are you going? Don't you think you're forgetting something? Come, see what I have you," Wuxian hugged from behind, before he began to kiss his neck. He really wanted some Lan D......

    "Wei Ying, we both have work today and we are already running late. Come now," Lan Zhan replied as he unhooked himself  and let Wuxian fall back on the bed. He wasn't falling for it. Dammit!

      "Ahhhhhhhh Lan Zhan! Don't be like that!! We can spare a few minutes if we skip breakfast!!! Come on Lan Zhaan!" Wuxian whined as he sat up and watched him change to go shower. It was now 5:30 and already Lan Zhan knew he would have to skip breakfast regardless. He didn't want to get caught by the  morning rush hour nor did he want to get late for anything just because of sex. He loved Wuxian but he wasn't having it.

       "Wei Wuxian, stop that now. You and I know that a few minutes isn't going to be enough and we don't have the time. Besides, mama expects you by 6:30 so get up right now and start getting ready." he ordered as he picked out his outfit. They had to go.

     " Arghhhhh! Are you really going to be like this Lan Zhan!?! Are you serious?! It's been 3 weeks since you came back and we haven't done anything since you're always working!!! What about me?!! What about my primal rights Lan Zhaaan!!! Ahh!" Wuxian burst out, throwing his tantrum as he failed his body harshly against the bed. He was frustrated; sexually frustrated and the man meant to relieve him wasn't even looking at him. The bastard!!

       Lan Zhan wasn't even looking at him at that point, ignoring his cries as he headed into the bathroom. They could handle this later. Wuxian eventually stopped, noticing that he wasn't getting any attention. That's when happened when you fell in love with the most disciplined and work oriented man on earth ladies and gentlemen. It was times like this, Lan Zhan really irked.

     'Prim and proper my ass! Anyone with a brain would have seen the buffet I was laying out here yet this dumbass had the nerve to turn him away! Alright, he would hold his peace for now then attack when he least expected it. This wasn't over and he wasn't Wei Wuxian for no reason.'

    With that, Wuxian followed behind to shower as well so that they could save the water and didn't stop shooting his shot even then. Sigh, It was going to be a tough morning.

       Lan Zhan rubbed the tiredness out of his eyes as he strode to the conference room. As per his usual schedule, he was moving from one meeting to the next with no breaks in between. Right now, he had to present their demographic plan and progress to the shareholders on where they were with the AI car, the current expenditure and expected returns. It had taken them 2 days to finish  it with the several project teams but it was finally done. He ensured he looked presentable, slicking his hair back before entering the room as all stood to welcome him. He acknowledged them with a greeting before taking his place at the front and started the presentation. The estimated time for it was about 1and 1/2 hours if they didn't have any interruptions and stuck to the plan. But by bad luck though, today wasn't exactly his day.
