It was as if the whole world was on fire as Jin Guangyao pulled up to the house with a sniffling Qin Su besides him. His bruised knuckles seized the leather covered steering wheel and clenched it over and over to a point they turned white. Qin Su side-eyed him nervously, very well aware of her brother's explosive nature. He was still burning and boiling and it didn't help the fact that he had lost yet another battle to Wei Wuxian. It didn't sit right with him.

He stormed out the car, spooking Qin Su further who rushed out after him.

"Brother! Why did you do that to Wei Wuxian?! You know he was only trying to help and you just accused him like that in front of everyone!! How could you do that to him!!?" Qin Su began, not happy at his ridiculous behaviour especially at one of her closest and dearest friends.

"Shut your mouth!!! You don't know anything about that gay motherfucker so don't say shit!! I don't want to hear another word from you about him, do you hear me? Now get in the house or else!!" Jin barked back as he opened the door.

"Why!!? Why do you hate him soooo much?!! What did he ever do to you?!" Qin Su screamed back, fresh tears falling as she went up to him. She simply couldn't understand what was going in her brother's head.

"ENOUGH!!" Jin exclaimed as he harshly grabbed and dragged her to her room.

"Brother, brother! You're..... hurting me..." Qin Su cried out as she struggled but her pleas fell on deaf ears.

"You are going to stay her until Mom returns and I don't want to hear anymore nonsense from you about that guy. And don't think I was joking about you being around him. If I see you even whispering with him... You will pay for it Qin Su. Mark my words." he growled before pushing her in and locked the door. Qin Su was left stunned at this new side of Jin that she had never seen. She couldn't believe it but she knew he meant every word. Confused and hurt by all the events, Qin Su could only slump to the ground and cry her heart out.

Jin marched up the stairs, his feet shaking the boards. He barged into his room, banging the door hard enough to break it off its hinges.

"FUCKING HEEEELLL!!" he screamed as he pulled his hairs and knocked things down in the well lit room. Everything that was in sight was broken or thrown across as the anger and fury took over him. Eventually, he couldn't contain himself and reached for the short daggers in his drawer and threw them onto the wall behind him. The whole 4×4 wall had been covered in photos and drawn pictures of Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan. It was safe to say that he had been stalking them for a while now, to see and know what was going on and with the current advancements, Jin was not happy at all. The daggers caught perfectly on bulleye of the people that haunted him.

"Fucking Bastard!! Dieee!!" he continued as he threw more daggers over and over. It was the beginning stages of his narcissistic disorder including slight psychosis that he was developing. His obsession with the pair had grown extensively over the past months and with his break from Wuxian, Jin's jealousy and envy had dangerously turned into vengeful hate. How he got there and why, noone could be sure and noone could exactly explain this standpoint but what was sure was that Jin was on a path that was going to bring hell to everyone around.

The night ended with him setting fire to most of the photos and he swore to get Wuxian back at any cost. It was his only desire at this point. He had to. He had to make Wuxian pay and win this fight no matter what or else he would lose his mind.

The next week brought about changes and slight complications. The bullying case had been taken up and Lan Zhan had made sure that everyone who had been involved get punished appropriately including Wuxian because rules were still rules. The bullies received suspensions while Jin was added community work since he was already suspended from before as for Wuxian, he was given community service and a warning letter since the fight was outside school boundaries and after hours. Apart from that, things went back to normal.....well,as normal as it could get. The whole incident spread like wildfire and it remained a big talk among students for several weeks. It was like  a scene straight from a movie, moreover, another rumor was spreading as people now talked about Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan given the accusation of Jin. People would stare at them, talk about them, exaggerate certain aspects and create new truths. It was beginning to feel a bit suffocated for him but he carried on with the help of Lan Zhan. Lan Zhan was a steadfast pillar of strength who didn't mind the whispers or the stares. He had been used to it waaaay before Wuxian was in the picture and he would no pay heed to them no matter what they thought.
