Life..... What was the meaning of it? Why were we here and why did we have to go through soo much pain and hurt in our lives? Why? What good reason could possibly explain any of this madness? You are probably wondering what the hell was going on but you'll find out in just a bit.

Wuxian grappled with the face of reality that was he was encountering. He pushed his messed up head in between his pulled up knees as he struggled not to cry. Everything was slowly falling apart and as we speak, he was dealing with a life crisis.

It had all happened that Sunday morning. He had woken up late as usual and was planning to have a lazy day so that he could rest before the cycle of Monday came back. A quick shower followed after sending Lan Zhan a morning text and after all that, he spent the hours locked up in the serenity of his room. Finally, some peace and quiet. All was well and it felt quite good given the rough week they had gotten. He could use a little lighter breathing space with no care in the world.

The mid-afternoon mood set in when Wuxian heard himself being called harshly downstairs by none other than the lady of the house.

'What was it now?' he wondered as he answered the call immediately. He took the steps two at a time and finally met his aunt in the living room. As expected she was immaculately dressed in a royal purple pan suit with gold accessories, her red lips tightened into a nasty fold, her eyes drawing in the very nature of Wuxian and they were nothing short of hateful. Wuxian stood a good distance away as he awaited for whatever she had to say.

A moment of silence went in between them and soon enough Wuxian began to feel uneasy. What the hell was going on that she was just staring at him like that? Had something happened? Was his Uncle ok? He had high blood pressure issues and they had visited the hospital a few times because of it but.... she was too calm for such a situation. Was she ok? All these thoughts flooded his mind that he eventually decided to speak up but wasn't given the chance to.

"I  always knew that you were a good for nothing boy from the moment you came into my house. You fooled everyone with your pitiful sob story of your parents and made yourself into this innocent, young orphan but I saw right through your act and know of your vile nature,"she began as she stared him down.

Wuxian was shocked. He didn't know how to respond. What was his aunt talking about? He hadn't crossed paths with her let alone done anything wrong so he couldn't understand why she was so defensive this beautiful Sunday.

"Auntie, I don't understand..." he exclaimed but was met with a painful slap that left finger prints across his cheek. Stumbling back, Wuxian faced his aunt in shock and confusion before he felt something thrown against him. Looking down, he reached for the small brown packet that was full of photos. Opening it, Wuxian's hands began to tremble as his mind raced. Photos..... They were photos of him and Lan Zhan, individual shots, pair shots, intimate shots, private shots; basically his and Lan Zhan's whole relationship on display. His heartbeat picked up as he flipped through them, his eyes moving all over.

"Where....... Where did you get this?" he whispered as looked back and forth. He couldn't believe it. Who had taken these? Was someone stalking them? Who sent them? What was going on?!!!

"It is not important who sent them..... After all my husband and I have done for you, this how you repay us? By being the devil's advocate?! Insignificant vermin!! It is not enough that you feed off  of us like the leech that you are, you have the disgusting audacity to whore around in public with your shameless self!! Did you think it was going to be sooo simple?! Huh?! That we wouldn't find out?? I knew you would never amount to being nothing more than the dirt on the ground but you have truly outdone yourself, embodiment of Satan himself... thewh," she cursed as she spit at his feet.  The whole room was tense now as their emotions heightened.
