"Son of a bitch!" Xueyang yelled out loud as he felt the corner of his mouth tear and blood appear. Wuxian grimaced, flapping his stinging hand at the brute force. Damn that bastard's face was hard like rock. They had been at it for almost 15 minutes and just as expected Xueyang had been a smart ass, playing all kinds of games with them. It was getting a little too tiring now.

"Enough with this!!!!! Make this easier for all of us and give me what I want!!!" Wuxian demanded, fed up with his antics. You had to give it to him, he was resilient to a degree.

"Is that so? Mmh, I don't want to do that...... This is much more enjoyable. The fact that you are so desparate to know something that only I can give. Ha, ha, I prefer this power balance boys so no." he said, smiling wide with his blood stained teeth. It wasn't going to be easy to crack him open.

" Alright. It seems as though we might have to take another route then. You see Xueyang, I am a man of great patience, a default mechanism from my time in prison, something I'm sure you would love to acquire however, I can't say the same for my partner over here, isn't that right Lan Zhan?" Wuxian posed just as Lan Zhan set into action. He had been waiting for Wuxian to finish. Xueyang had no time to react as he felt the sharp touch of a sword across his cheek, arms and feet. Lan Zhan gave him small taste of what he was capable of, not holding back.

Xueyang coughed out roughly, his body succumbing to the beatings. Lan Zhan was not playing around. He felt the tip of the sword under his chin, lifting it up as he came face to face with Lan Zhan's dark ones.

"One last chance. Who. Do. You. Work. For and what do they want?" Lan Zhan questioned lowly, pointing the sword down his throat, nipping at his skin to mean business. One wrong move and he wouldn't hesitate to cut his head off. They didn't have the time. Xueyang gulped, evaluating his options as he too noticed he couldn't keep going in circles. He didn't want to risk dying tonight.

"Hao, I'll bite Mr Ceo. Honestly, I would've thought by now you two would have figured it out given your many talents and all yet somehow you can't  or rather....... You don't want to," he stated directing the last part towards Wuxian. Wuxian stilled, his mind trembling but did well to hide it. He couldn't seem intimidated now.

" Come on, let's not play dumb here people. You truly don't have an idea of who would be so hell bent to make you life a misery or the person who considers you his biggest enemy?!! Be real with yourself Wei Wuxian!!! There's only one person who despises you that much! " he yelled, chuckling in the midst. Lan Zhan tightened the hold of the sword in a warning sign as Xueyang patronised them. There was a water clenching, angst, silence, neither making a move at all.

   " Jin Guangyao."

Lan Zhan turned to face Wuxian as he  broke the silence with one word. There was no hint of surprise in his tone as he mentioned his name as  he  confirmined something he already knew and it took Lan Zhan back. Both had been thinking about it.

"Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner!! That wasn't so hard now was it?!" Xueyang continued before breaking into a convulsion of coughs. Oh, his body was going to hurt in the morning! Fuck!

"As for what he wants, you can imagine as much as possible because it all consists of you vanishing from the face of the earth. Both of you. And this is only the beginning. You two might want to run at this point. I've given you a heads up, no?"

"Noone is running anywhere. If your boss wants a war, then we'll give it to him." Wuxian cut in as he moved away. He felt overwhelmed at the convergence of everything.
