The force of the explosion sent her flying so hard that she hit her head on the concrete floors first and that caused her head to start bleeding as she fell unconscious.

I rolled to my side, wincing when I felt pain at my sides. People were running around, screaming but no one was helping us on the ground. Someone bombed her Lambo and she was so lucky that she wasn't in it when it blew up because once again I would've lost someone I loved and I wouldn't have been able to do anything about it.

I crawled my way up and rushed to Olivia, ignoring the flashes of white pain I felt. "Olivia," I called as I held her bleeding head in my hands.

I took out the keys to her bike from my pocket and picked her up bridal style. She was bleeding badly and all we had was a bike! How was I supposed to get her to the hospital on a bike?

I couldn't even take her to a hospital, they'd ask too many questions and the people who started this could come there to finish it, putting more people in harm's way.

I placed her unconscious body on the bike and just then my phone rang. Diego was calling, perfect.

"Diego, I need you. Come to the tracks with your car now!" I yelled into the phone.

Diego was my eldest brother and he got into town two days ago, obviously Dimitri sent him to figure out what was taking so long and if I needed any help. He gave me a month and in two weeks I still had nothing to report.

I once again laced my hands in Olivia's hair, feeling the trail of blood as it gushed out of her head. I didn't even know what to do right now all I knew was I couldn't lose her, I'll go crazy and Dimitri will finally have my head.

She was my responsibility and Dimitri trusted me with her life so if shit happened he took my life. I couldn't ever lose her, no matter what, not just for Dimitri but for myself. I was in love with her and it took this for me to realize that.

Why was it that every single person I loved dies or had a threat on their heads? We started getting the threats last week and even with the best resources, we couldn't figure out who the threats were from. We had an idea but no concrete evidence.

The bomb today meant whoever it was, was steps ahead of us so we had to be smarter, be quicker.
