I have a hc that Osamu's deadname is Atsuko bcs their parents wanted their names to match but then Osamu transitioned and felt sad bcs his name no longer matched with Atsumu's so Atsumu came up with the name Osamu for him to feel like they were a pair again :)

*Atsumu and Sakusa are married but they didn't announce it to the world, their wedding was small (only for their friends and families)*
*At an interview*
Interviewer: Sakusa-san, I couldn't help but notice your wedding ring, are you perhaps married?
Sakusa: Yeah, I'm married to Miya.
*Atsumu smirks*
Interviewer: Ah, I see. Well, I wish you and Atsuko-san, a very happy life.
*Atsumu, with his smirk turning into a grimace*: WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY?!
Interviewer: Sakusa-san, did your brother-in-law not know about your marriage?
Atsumu: Ok, I don't give a fuck about you thinking OSAMU, my BROTHER, is married to MY husband, but you CAN NOT DEADNAME HIM OR CALL HIM A GIRL. I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT. HAVE YOUR RESIGNATION ON YOUR BOSS' DESK BY THE END OF THE DAY OR I WILL TAKE MATTERS TO MY OWN HAND.
Interviewer: Y-yes sir.
Atsumu: NOW GET THE FUCK OUT.
*The interviewer collects his stuff and leaves. That's when Atsumu realizes that Osamu is standing in the doorway, watching the scene unfold in front of his eyes, holding some onigiri from his place*
*Atsumu, grinning*: Hey Samu!
Osamu: Hey Tsumu.
*Osamu puts the onigiri on the table*
Osamu: Y'know that people will diss you on twitter, right?
*Atsumu, raising one eyebrow*: Do I look like I care, Samu?
*Osamu, smiling slightly*: No... Thanks.
Atsumu: Anytime.
*Atsumu, rubbing his hands together*: Now...
Osamu: How many times do I have to tell you that you look like a fucking fly when you do that, you dimwit?
Atsumu: Oh shut up, bastard. Go fuck Rin or something, I'm tryna eat.
*Osamu, dismissively*: Yeah, yeah.
Osamu: Hey Kiyoomi, what've you been up to, man?
Sakusa: Nothing much, just watching him scream at an interviewer. The usual.
Osamu: Yeah.
Sakusa: What about you? Have you decided for a wedding day yet?
Osamu: Nope, Suna insists we don't set a date until she finds the perfect dress they want to wear.
Sakusa: That must be tough.
Osamu: Nah, he'll manage.
Sakusa: Good luck to her, then.
