Akaashi: I don't have feelings for Bokuto-san.

Konoha: You follow after him everywhere just to make sure he's safe and out of trouble.

Konoha: You let him fall asleep on your shoulder on the bus.

Konoha: Whenever he's sad you let him hug you and you run your hands through his hair.

Konoha: Just admit it and confess.

Akaashi: But he'll never like me back. Please, senpai, just let me enjoy what we have.

Konoha: No- no sadness! He loves you!

Akaashi: I can guarantee you, he doesn't.

Konoha: He changed your name to "AGAASHI ❤❤❤"

Konoha: He picks you up and spins you around after winning a match. You guys are the perfect match.

Akaashi: No, we're not. He's a star volleyball player with an insane amount of talent, he's got a great personality, and he's hot. He's really popular and one day-

*Akaashi, with his voice quivering*: -he's going to leave me for someone perfect for him. I don't have the right to drag him down.

*Timeskip to ??unknown??*

*Bokuto, wearing a suit*: Hey, Akaashi. Thanks for being my best man again! I couldn't imagine having anyone else!

*Akaashi, his voice quivering*: No problem, Bokuto-san

Bokuto: Hey, are you ok? You don't seem very well.

*Akaashi, trying to smile*: I'm just too happy for you.

Bokuto: Awww, thanks Akaashi!

*Akaashi wakes up, with a gasp* (HAHA Y'ALL THOUGHT)

*Akaashi, shaking*: Shit.

*For the following hour, Akaashi tries to go back to sleep but can't, so he calls Bokuto to calm down*

*Bokuto, with a sleepy, deep voice*: Hey, Kaashi, what's up?

Akaashi: Bokuto-san, I can't sleep. 

Bokuto: What can I do for you?

*Akaashi, yawning*: Can you sing for me? Your voice is really nice.

Bokuto: Mhm.

Bokuto: I used to hear a simple song... 

That was until you came along,

Now in it's place is something new,

I hear it when I look at you... (I hear a Symphony by Cody Fry)

*Akaashi, smiling*: Thanks, Bo. It'd be better if you were here though.

*Akaashi hears some rustling and then Bokuto hangs up*

Akaashi: Oh. That was too far I guess...

*A few minutes later he hears a knock on his window*

*Akaashi opens the window and Bokuto comes in*

Akaashi: B-bokuto-san?! What are you doing here?!

Bokuto: I'm here to cuddle and sing you to sleep!

*Akaashi, blushing*: There was no need, Bokuto-san. Thank you.

*They get in the bed and Bokuto spoons Akaashi*

*Bokuto, in a calming voice*: Why couldn't you sleep, huh?

Akaashi: I... had a nightmare...

*Bokuto starts playing with Akaashi's hair*

Bokuto: About what?

*Akaashi, mumbling*: Being your best man.

Bokuto: Why?

Akaashi: I'm in love with you, that's why.

*Akaashi freezes up as he realizes what he just said and claps his hand on his mouth* 

*Bokuto, sitting up*: What?

Akaashi: Nothing.

Bokuto: You're... in love with me?

*Akaashi, his voice quivering*: I'm sorry. You weren't supposed to find out...

Bokuto: Why not?

Akaashi: Because you'll find someone better than me and that's ok, really. I know you deserve better than m-

*Bokuto kisses him*

Bokuto: I love you so much. I can't imagine a life without you by my side. I want to wake you up with breakfast in bed and hold you while you're having anxiety attacks-

Akaashi: How do you-

Bokuto: I'm more perceptive than you think. (He's an ESFP) And I want to hold your hand when we're walking to school and I want to call you love, or babe, or some stupid cheesy nickname. And what was that about the "you deserve better than me"? 

Bokuto: You're the best there is.

*Akaashi does some really fast inner dialogue thing with himself that I do when I have to decide on sth*

Akaashi: I don't think so...

Bokuto: Why?!

*Akaashi, smiling*: Well, it's impossible for me to be the best there is if that title belongs to you.

*Bokuto, blushing furiously*: No fair- you can't do that- next time accept my compliment.

Akaashi: Will do.

*Bokuto, intertwining their hands under the sheet*: Well then, Keiji, one last question to ask. Will you be my boyfriend?

Akaashi: Yes. But you have to promise to do everything you just said.

Bokuto: I promise, my love.

*Akaashi kisses Bokuto*: I love you.

Bokuto: I love you too.

(The next morning they were late bc Bokuto snoozed Akaashi's alarm for an hour)
