Callie's P.O.V:

These past eight weeks has been a whirlwind. I haven't been able to get ahold of Arizona since the morning she left my apartment in a hurry. That was on New Year's. It's now almost March. So, I decided to give up and did what I could to move on with my life, which was a total fail. I've tried going to work, hoping that I could get her off my mind, but nothing seemed to work. She was all I could think about. A part of me was hoping she would just pick up the phone and talk me, maybe let me know she was okay, but she never did.

"Penny for your thoughts, Cal?" Addison say, pulling me from my thoughts and bringing me back to reality.

"I was just thinking is all," I say to her.

"Thinking about that girl?" she asks, moving to come sit next to me on her couch. Two days ago, Doug thought I need a vacation, so I decided that he couldn't be more right and took the first flight out of Seattle to see Addison. She's been busy with her classes and was finally able to get a break so, here I am.

"Every day," I say, letting out a sigh.

"Still haven't heard from her, huh?" she says to me.

"No. Not a single word,"

"I'm sorry, Cal," she says, rubbing my back, "want me to kick her ass?"

"No," letting out a small chuckle, "I just wish she would talk to me,"

"You really like this girl, don't you?"

"Yeah, I do. I know I only met her that night, but there was just something about her,"

"Well, you know what they say, they can't hide forever,"

"Yeah, right. Apparently, she thinks she can," I say, wiping away a tear.

"Tell you what, why don't we go grab coffee from the residence hall, then maybe, we can take a walk and I can show you around,"

"Sure, why not," I answer, sounding a little unsure.

"Great!"

When we got to the residence hall, it seemed a little packed with students.

"Looks like everyone had the same idea," I say.

"Well, some of the students are probably just getting out of class and needed a pick me up before their next one," she tells me as we went to stand in line.

Once we got our coffee, Addison led us to a table in the far corner of the room.

"So, tell me about this girl," she says, taking the seat across from me.

"What's there to know?"

"What makes her so special enough you can't let her go?"

"Okay, what was it about Jake, that you couldn't let go of,"

"Okay...," she smirks, "It's everything. His smile, that gorgeous hair, his body..."

"My point exactly," I say, taking a small sip of my coffee, "everything you just said is the same reason why I can't let go of her. Her smile, her eyes, that amazing body of hers...it's everything about her...it really drew me in," After twenty minutes of sitting and talking, more students started to pile in.

"Okay, maybe we should get out of here," Addison suggests. As I we were about to stand up and leave, looking out of the corner of my eye, I see the face of the familiar blonde who's been occupying my thoughts these last two months. I jump out of my seat, nearly knocking over my coffee.

"Hey, can we meet you back at the dorm?" I ask my best friend, then glancing over to see if the blonde was still in the same spot.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, I just need to take care of something," I lie.

"Yeah okay," Addie answers,

"Great, thanks," I say to her, then scurry off in the direction where I last saw her. She was standing in line waiting to get coffee when I finally caught up to her. I let out a sigh, then finally worked up the courage to tap the blonde on the shoulder. When she turned around, our eyes meet.

"Hey," I greet with a smile. Her eyes go wide in shock and her jaw nearly drops to the floor when she saw who it was that tapped her shoulder, "fancy meeting you here,"

"What are you doing here, Callie,"

"I..um...I'm actually here, visiting a friend. We were just about to leave when I saw you standing..." she just scoffs and walks away.

"Look, can we talk?" I ask, running after her.

"There's nothing to talk about," she throws over her shoulder.

"Come on, Arizona, please?" I plead. She stops and turns to face me, "Please, can we just go somewhere more private and talk?"

"If I wanted to talk to you, I would've called you. Besides, I have to get to work," she says and just like that, she turns around and disappears into the crowd of people.
