"What do you mean you knew how it felt? Did the same thing happen with you and a girl or what?" Varun asked, turning his head to the side to look at his best friend.

"You can say that, yeah!" Sidharth nodded.

"Oh, so who was it?" Varun asked curiously.

"You already know her!" Sidharth clarified.

"I do?! Don't tell me it's one of your exes, dude!" Varun sat up, frightened at the thought.

"What? No, man. When I'm done with a girl, then I'm done. There's no going back." Sidharth relieved his friend, his face morphing into a disgusted expression at the thought of getting back with obeof his exes or still having feelings for them.

"Okay then, if it's not that and she's someone I know... is it one from our friend group?" Varun enquired, more interested than he already was.

"Yup." Sidharth nodded.

"You're gonna say who or should I come kick your ass for you to talk?!" Varun glared at his best friend, getting annoyed.

"Chill, man. I'll give you a hint, she's your girlfriend's sister." Sidharth spoke.

"Well, my girlfriend has 3 sisters, which one of them is it?... I know for a fact that Disha's not your type. That leaves out Kriti and Shraddha.. Which one is it? I swear to God I'll come kick the shit out of you if you don't speak right this moment!" Varun narrowed his eyes at the other boy in the room.

"Okay, okay, chill. I just like getting on your nerves." Sidharth held his hands up defensively as he sat up straight too to face his best friend before continuing, "Kriti."

"Oh, wow! Congrats dude!" Varun held his crutch and patted Sidharth's leg with it to go with his congratulating statement.

"Congrats for what? Are you nuts? Do I look like I just got engaged or married? She doesn't even know about my feelings!" Sidharth sighed.

"Sorry, man. But since when do you have feelings for her?" Varun asked him.

"Honestly, it happened way before you and Alia went abroad. Ever since we used to hang out, all of us. I liked her and I knew I had a thing for her but I thought it was just a small crush. Then you and Alia went your separate ways and then we pretty much stopped hanging out with the girls, so I thought my feelings would go away and I'd forget about her. But I knew I was just fooling myself with those Thoughts. Deep down I knew I loved her, I was just ignoring the fact. And that was proved right when I saw her on our first day back at school, it was as if my feelings for her came back rushing to me. Then we started hanging out more, and it was like old days, and I guess as days went by I figured I still love her." Sidharth shrugged by the end of his brief story.

"Listen, I know that Kriti is a great girl. She's nice and kind and you guys would look pretty cute together. And that's why I'm gonna give you this advice, according to my experiences through life and everything I've been through, I suggest you confess your feelings for her as soon as possible before someone does. The best thing one can do in this case is confess and-" Varun was cut off before he could finish the advice he was giving his best friend.

"Who's confessing to whom?" The owner of the voice made themself present as they entered the room.

"Uh... Alia, hey!" Sidharth stuttered, scared that she might've heard something and worried about what he could say to answer her question, so he just turned to look at the girl's boyfriend - a pleading look on his face - for help.

"Hi babe, it's nothing really. We're just talking about this friend of ours, you don't really know him." Varun smiled up at her as he pulled her down by her hand to make her sit next to him, "Anyways, how's Kat?"

"She's doing fine, she was sleeping when I left and Jacque is still with her." Alia replied.

"Anyhow, I'll let you guys be! I'll go take a walk around and maybe even stop by the guys' suite to hang out. So, you guys feel free and do you, I won't be back for a while." Sidharth looked at the couple as he stood up, winking at them by his last sentence.

"Sid!" Alia groaned at the insinuation, feeling her cheeks starting to heat up, which made her hide her face behind Varun's back.

"You ill-mannered little piece of shit, get lost!" Varun tried glaring at Sidharth, the smile on his face giving away the fact that he wasn't at all bothered by his friend's comment.

"That's how you say thank you?" Sidharth teased at the door of the living room area.

"Piss off!" Varun threw a cushion at him making him laugh as he run away and outside of the suite, "Let's go lay down in my bedroom. The bed's definitely more comfortable than this couch." He stood up with Alia's help and they walked together towards his room, not before locking the door so that no uninvited guests would show up.

"So, how's my baby doing?" Varun asked his girlfriend as he pulled her to his chest after they laid down on his bed.

"I'm good, but tired a little bit after the 5 hour flight and everything that happened today. I also feel bad for Kat and Adi." Alia pouted sadly.

"You're right, it was a kinda tiring day.. As for Kat and Adi, we can't really do anything about it. We can't help any of them, especially Adi. I mean Kat now has a boyfriend and even if she didn't, I don't think it would've changed anything because she obviously doesn't have feelings for Aditya. I think the thing that'll bother her the most is how this might affect their friendship." Varun sighed.

"And the problem is, Kat is now here with is, sleeping. But Adi? What could be doing right now? I'm worried he'd do something to himself." Alia voiced her thoughts.

"Aww, look at my girl thinking about her friends and worrying about them." Varun planted a kiss on her temple, "But don't worry, I know Adi. I'm pretty sure he's out walking around to clear his mind. And the, least he could do is go somewhere to get drink. He wouldn't do anything bad." Varun assured his girlfriend.

"I hope everything turns out fine." Alia added.

"Forget about that now, Ranveer's family and ours are arriving tonight and I just wanna let you know that I'll be introducing you as my girlfriend so that guys don't get any thoughts." Varun smiled down at her.

"Oh trust me, you don't have to worry about that. No one can ever take your place in my life nor in my heart. And I honestly think that no guy is as handsome as you, and I don't think there's anyone who could make me think any differently about you. You're it for me." Alia nuzzled Varun's nose with hers.

"You're it for me too, and I wouldn't have wanted this any other way." Varun smiled down at her before placing a slow kiss on her mouth.

"Let's take a nap before your relatives arrive." Alia suggested after they pulled away.

"Your wish is my command, princess." Varun smiled at her, getting a grin in response, before they settled in and drifted off to sleep with Alia's head on Varun's chest, her arms around his torso while on of his was around her shoulders and the other holding onto the one on top of his abdomen.

At night, when families from both parts arrived, Deepika's and Ranveer's families welcomed them along with everyone else except for Varun and Alia who were still sleeping upstairs and Aditya who was still out.

Introductions were made, as Katrina introduced her friends to her cousins while Jacqueline introduced hers to the group as well. As the parents introduced the eldest to each other.
