" Do you got it? " Amber asked as I stand here holding the railing with the new prosthetic on.

It's much comfortable actually, Calvin did a good job and I thank him for that.

" Try letting go " Amber said.

" And fall to break my pretty face?, No thank you " I said and tap the prosthetic on the floor to get used to it.

" Don't be a bitch " Katelyn said, I raise a brow.

" Damn those pregnancies hormones are really getting to you " I said.

" Did she walk yet? " Laurence walks in and Katelyn snickers.

" Nevermind " she said.

" I'm going to, okay, calm down people " I said.

I look around as the three of them just stare while Charlie and Finnegan are enjoying their snacks by my bed.

" Stop staring, your making me nervous " I said, they all look away.

" Just go " Finnegan said as he scratch the back of his head.

" Relax, let aunt Y/n do it herself " Charlie said.

" Thank you, Charlie " I said, he smiles at me then toss a peanut at me, I gasp.

" Take a step forward pussy " he said, Amber laughs and so did Katelyn.

" You two taught them that " I said.

" Says the one who cursed at me all the time " I see Beatrix entering and sitting down next to Laurence.

" Fine!, Fine!, Fine! " I said and prepare myself.

I hesitantly let go of the railing, putting weight onto it, I take a deep breath, keeping my hands hovered over the railings, using my left foot to step forward first, I see Laurence is ready to get off the chair and catch me.

I slowly move my right leg and I step down, still balancing.

" There you go " Amber said.

I take another deep breath before taking another step forward when I just put too much weight on my right foot that I collapse.

" Oh! " Amber has her arms under me but I grab the railing quick enough.

" I'm okay!, I'm okay " I said as I pull myself up.

" Are you sure? " Laurence asked, I nodded then hop on my left foot.

" It was just too much weight " I said then set down my prosthetic.

I look down at it and see how it looks more like a boot, all I have to do is just put my thigh highs and no one will notice.

" The ankle part has a spring so it doesn't need a mind signal for you to move it " Amber said.

" It's great " I said.

" Okay, do you want to take it off and sit down? " Amber asked.

" What?, No, I'm fine " I said.

" Alright, just making sure, though if you do feel uncomfortable or there's some pressure take it off " she said.

" I'll be fine " I said and she smiles.

" Alright, kids, chores now " her voice box somehow just changes into a serious tone and all the hybrids groan.

" No whining, out " Amber walks out as the three hybrids whine.
