Y/n's pov.  

" Already told everyone to stay at home and use the back up supplies " Laurence said and past me a flashlight.

" It's been half an hour " I said.

" Calvin and Ethan are working on the fuse, if they don't freeze to death out there then the power will be back on in an hour or so " Ryder said.

" I can help, why aren't you letting me out there? " Katelyn asked.

" Your pregnant, your not going out there in the cold " Amber said.

" Dada still haven't explain what mommy kink is " Claire said as she holds Kawaii-chan's tail with a brush, brushing the fur.

Ash palms her face as he leans back against the chair.

" For once you didn't have a lisp saying that " Gina said as she holds her baby in her arm.

" Anyways, we just gotta do the waiting game, as for now, we'll make a bonfire to make dinner " Ryder said.

" Well if we're going to roast a chicken can we make roast jokes? " I asked and grab a heat pack.

" Don't ruin dinner " Gina said.

" Oh come on, it's roast jokes " I said.

" I want roasted bunny " Claire smiles.

We all then turn to the entrance where we heard a gasp then see Beatrix standing there with her carrot in hand while Finnegan has an excited face and Charlie holding in his laughter.

" She doesn't mean you, Beatrix, no one is roasting you " Amber place her hand on her shoulder from behind.

" Can we?! " Finnegan asked.

" Finnegan! " Amber exclaims.

" It was a joke. . . .not–ow! " Amber pinches him and start pushing them to the other side of the hangar.

We've manage to put some aircrafts at the aircraft hangar in the mountains to give some space because there are a few people here because the snow blocked them out of their houses, preventing them to enter.

" I'll go get the matches and marshmallows " I stand up and have my arms extended for balance and start walking with a limp.

I start to walk but only have one step forward and the fear of taking another step just overwhelms me, standing here still.

" Are you gonna go? " I look over my shoulder and glare at dad who just asked that question.

" Laurence help me " I plainly said and he chuckles putting down his mug before approaching me.

" Don't think I don't have any plans in my head to take my revenge to the three of you! " I point to the parents.

" What did I do? " Kristal asked, I look away with a huff and Laurence grabs me by the waist.

" She's not kidding " Claude smile.

" Come on, let's get you some marshmallows "

We shine our flashlights down our path.

" What do you think?, Rat poison?, Or gasoline? " I asked.

He looks down at me with a raise brow.

" Your not serious? "

" Dead ass " I said and he looks away with a nodded.

" I wouldn't say gasoline, I'd probably preferred. . . . . " I look up at him and he stops himself.
