" This is Ryder, he's our mechanic and technician " Laurence said.

" Both at the same time? " I asked as I look at the man wearing a shirt with a jacket tied around his waist and a pair of jeans and boots.

He holds the wrench as he turn away from the open hood of an engine, he has dark brown hair and honey amber eyes.

" You got a problem with that? " He asked and grab a rag wiping the sweat of my head.

" So your in charge with the hand blaster that I saw Laurence use? " I asked.

" Not only me, the whole team deserves the credit too " he said.

" Huh, how many of you are there? " I look at Laurence and he has his arms on across his chest.

" We recruit as much people as we can to have a helping hand to fend off the Solvereign " Ryder said.

" What if you recruit the wrong people? " I asked.

" We improvise " I look over Ryder's shoulder to see Katelyn walking out with a pair of cyber glasses on her eyes.

She has changed into another outfit, she's in a yellow tank top and a pair of black leggings with a towel over her shoulder while her hair is in a ponytail.

" We might have run into a few snakes and backstabbing bitches in the past but we won't let that happen again " she smiles.

" So your a mechanic too? " I asked, she salutes with two fingers.

" Well, you and your brother are mechanics and technician so we could use more extra hands " she said.

" Don't you have enough? " I asked.

" The more the merrier and the faster the progress the faster we're getting rid of the Solvereign " Ryder said.

" The Solvereign has been dominating the galaxy for almost a hundred years, what made you think we can get rid of them? " I asked.

" We have our hopes " Laurence said, I hum and shrug.

" Y/n-sama, they're not wrong to have believes " I look up at Kc standing next to me then back at them.

" Fine, we'll join your Squadron but I will warn you, any harm comes to my brothers or Kawaii-chan, I will beat the shit out of you guys " I raise my fist.

" Consider it done " Katelyn smiles then walk away to the other side of the ship.

" Nice board " Ryder said and I smile.

" Anyways, I've also found this in that ship of yours, I believe it's your brother Claude is his name? " He turns around and take out the red cyber prosthetic arm.

" Yep " I said.

" It's currently repairable and maybe make a few updates on it " he said.

" Oh?, What do you have in mind? " I cross my leg over and have my chin rest on my hand with my elbow on my knee.

" You'll see if it works " he said then put it down on the table next to him.

" Well that's out of the way too, I've seen most of the place in this town, it's really interesting, where are we going next? " I move my board closer to Laurence and his level.

He turns his head to me and suddenly flinched backing away for me.

" What was that? " I asked, he clears his throat then look away.
