A clown knocked on Harley's bedroom door and sat a package outside of it, along with a dozen long stemmed roses. Harley stand from the center of Lucy's train track. She hoists Lucy up and rests her on her hip as she goes to the door. She sees the box and the roses and smiles.

Harley's first thought, was that it was an apology from the Joker. They hadn't been on the best of terms. The Joker had even stayed out all night. He was known to do things like this to say he's sorry.

Harley smiles down at Lucy, "Do ya think daddy got that fer mommy?"

"Yeah," Lucy claps.

Harley bends over and pulls the card out of the beautiful velvety roses. She grins and pulls the card from an envelope. She begins reading it and quickly loses her smile. You see, Harley was only half right about the present and roses. They were an apology, but they weren't from the Joker.

Harley read the card,

Dear Harley,

There's not enough useless excuses or sorry's to change any of the things I've done to you. But, I still feel a need to try and beg for your forgiveness. Especially in regards to most recent events. I sincerely hope you're ok, and can somehow find it in your heart to forgive me. I'd really love to meet my daughter someday. Call anytime 555-7983.

-Jason

P.S. The present is for Lucy. Just trying to do my part to keep my daughter safe.

Harley lowers Lucy to the ground and hands her the present. "Let's see whut Lucy got." Lucy hugs the box to her chest and waddles her little toddler way over to the bed. Harley picks up the roses and gives them a smell. She sits them on the dresser trying to think of a way to explain them to the Joker.

Lucy rips open the box and Harley quickly helps her, not knowing if it were something breakable

Lucy rips open the box and Harley quickly helps her, not knowing if it were something breakable. Inside the box she finds a tiny pink kevlar vest. And beneath it is a smaller box. She opens it and finds a tiny gold bracelet, just the right size for Lucy. Beneath it is another note that simply reads,

It's fitted with a tracker...among other things.

Harley smiles and clasps it to Lucy's little wrist. "Pretty," Lucy smiles and reaches out for the kevlar vest. "Clown," she pats it. Harley's not entirely sure what to think about it. Her child related kevlar to the vests she saw the Joker's clowns wearing. Had she seen more than she should have?

Still, Harley can't help but wonder why her Mistah J didn't think about a tracker and a kevlar vest? And suddenly all the things Jason had told her flood her mind. She was so torn, because lately, the Joker had been proving Jason right. Harley couldn't deny the fact that Jason most likely knew the Joker better than anyone. He had literally been into the deepest depths of his mind. Which only validated the credit of the things he said.

Harley can hear the Joker coming in the front door. Frost quickly inquires about where he went all night without security. Adrenaline courses through Harley and she storms from the room. She looks at the Joker. He looked tired, like he'd been up all night, but was smiling from ear to ear.
