Ivy awoke with a headache. Within seconds she finds that she's been bound to a chair and gagged. Then she feels the cool metal of a collar around her neck. A collar she knows all too well. It was like the ones Arkham Asylum used on her to suppress her powers. And that's when the first hint of panic starts to set in.
The second comes with an icy set of eyes staring back at her, "Yoooou ruined my daughter's birthday party," Jason says lowly with a menacing Joker voice.

"I should kill you for what you've done. Fortunately for you, Harley begged for your life and convinced me to spare it. For now anyway," he says and stands up straight, towering over her. "So I came up with an alternative punishment for you. I know you're just dying to know what that is, so I'll tell you. The collar you're fitted with, as you know, prevents you from being able to use any of your powers. However, I've made a little modification to it," he gives her a twisted sideways smirk. "In the event you ever try to remove it, it will immediately detonate a small explosive device implanted in your chest. I'll allow the doctor to explain the procedure to you," he motions to Jester.
Jester makes his way over to Ivy, Julia at his side.

Jester pulls up photographs on the screen of his phone. He holds it up in front of her face to show her. It showed her sedated with her chest open and Jester performing surgery on her. "As you know Ivy, I normally don't resort to such drastic measures, but you tried to kill Julia. I love her and I won't allow that. So as you see I implanted the chip inside of your sternum. Within six weeks your bone will be grown around it. Jason was smart enough to come up with a secondary detonator in the chip itself, should you ever attempt to remove it, in order to remove the collar. Once this chip was activated so was a sensitivity sensor in it. If that chip is ever exposed to air outside of your body, it will explode," he lowers his phone and smiles to Julia, "I'll let you tell her the rest my love."
Julia steps up to Ivy and stares at her a long moment.
