The Penguin arrived to the penthouse by limousine at precisely 7:00 pm sharp.

He had a kilo of cocaine sitting on the seat next to him. A kilo that he had mixed meth into. That should have definitely been enough to get Jason loaded. The Penguin has partied with the Joker enough to have an idea of how to judge the amount that Jason would consume. Oswald intends to suggest a new method of intake to Jason. It was a method that he himself had experimented with a few times. He hopes Jason will willingly be up for the experience. He hopes it will have more of an effect, because it does with normal people. But Jason wasn't normal, and the Penguin was well aware of it.
The Penguin has also secured several dozen ecstasy pills. He knew that the Joker had overdosed once on meth and ecstasy. What made J overdose would most likely make Jason as well. Oswald could so easily kill Jason tonight, and no one would even blame him. They would blame it on the drugs. But the Penguin knew the Joker far too well. If Oswald robbed the Joker of his chance to kill Jason by doing it for him, he'd swiftly find himself at the top of the Joker's shit list. He didn't want that, but killing Jason was pretty tempting. Oswald found Jason to be far more of a smug asshole than the Joker.
Oswald's eyes fall to a crystal decanter that had been refilled in the limo with the finest scotch in the world. The Macallan 1926. It was distilled in 1926 and aged sixty years before being bottled in 1986. The bottle featured artwork by Sir Peter Blake. There was only a small number of bottles made, meaning only the most hard core collectors possessed it. It's the Mona Lisa of scotch and costs six hundred thousand bucks a bottle. The Penguin had had dealings with a man that was a collector of rare fine liquors. He traded the bottle as payment on an arms shipment. The Penguin, a conisour of sorts, gladly accepted the bottle. He kept it locked in a safe and only brought it out on the most special of occasions. Some thought he was crazy for ever opening the bottle and drinking it, especially knowing it's rarity and value. But Oswald was a conisour, not a collector. He saw no point in having liquor you didn't drink. But because it was almost aged a hundred years, it was very strong. So Oswald watered down what was in the decanter. It's not like Jason would know.
One of the Penguin's men open the door for Jason to get in. His right hand guy, Johnny Frost, gets in as well. Several of the Joker's henchmen follow in other vehicles. Oswald couldn't help but notice that Jason had beefed up his security since stealing from the Irish gang, and El Diablo's gang. The Penguin expected that the two gangs would want revenge at some point. So the extra security suited him just fine since he was a target too as long as he was in Jason's presence.
"I see you've come well prepared," Jason smiles down at the cocaine.
Oswald smirks, "Mother always did say I was an over-zealous Boy Scout. Help yourself," Oswald offers him a straw and small silver tray. He watches as Jason lays himself out a huge amount. Probably as much as Oswald does in an entire day. Oswald pours them drinks so Jason could wash everything down.
