Tom's POV

I curse the day I ever said I could speak German. Though, I guess I should be cursing the day that I actually thought working for the goddamn Joker was a good career move. What the fuck was I thinking?? Oh yeah, I was thinking about the money. Everyone knows that the Joker pays the best. But what they don't tell you is the likelihood of you dying before you reach payday.

Who knew that my boss wasn't even the real Joker??? I sure thought he was. He was extremely convincing... until I met the real one. My boss was an asshole, but the real Joker was terrifying. He was extremely difficult to read, which meant you couldn't tell what he was thinking or what he might do. And now there's going to be another fucking Joker and apparently I'm his number one clown. Don't even ask me how I Forrest Gump my way into this shit...

The plane was landing in a few minutes. I might be killed before I can even get off it. Or I might make it off the plane, have a bag thrown over my head, be taken to a warehouse, and tortured until I beg to die. Mr. Frost was supposed to meet me with a gun, but how do I know he ain't going to shoot my ass? If he doesn't, then I have to use that gun to kill my fellow clowns before they can kill me. If by some miracle I do, I then have to put my life on the line to protect my new boss. A man who I don't even know. All I know is that he's the identical twin of the real Joker. I didn't ask for this job, but I have to take it if I wanted to think about living. Technically speaking, it's a promotion...

Frost uses a private cell to contact the Penguin. He would have preferred speaking with him in person, but that wasn't possible, Jason would be paranoid about something out of the normal. So Frost apprised the Penguin of the situation. Little does he know that J has already contacted him and told him everything, including his role in the whole thing.

The Joker hangs around in the background of the airport waiting for the clowns to intercept Tom. He knows Frost successful got a gun to him. The Joker is confident that Tom can get the drop on the clowns. He did manage to get to Jester and Julia and had to go through Sasha to do it. Tom had skill. It was mostly untapped, but J saw the makings of a terrific henchmen in him. He wouldn't have assigned him to his brother otherwise.

Tom's POV

When I stepped off the plane I could see the clowns waiting for me. As I slowly approached them I could see someone trying to get my attention near the bathroom. I wasn't sure who they were, but they were holding up a sign that said "Stall 3". As soon as they were sure I had seen their sign they crumpled it up, tossed it in the trash, and walked away.

I stare at one of the clowns, "I gotta take a piss before we go. Somebody kept the bathroom on the plane tied up."

"Make it quick," one says to me.

I made my way to the bathroom with two of the clowns in tow. It was obvious that they didn't trust me and figured I was gonna run. So I try to play it cool. I go in the bathroom praying no one would be in the third stall. Luckily there isn't. I go in it and shut the door. I have no clue where to look, but I start feeling around behind the toilet tank. My hand can feel a pistol wedged in-between it and the wall. I pull it out and stuff it in my pants.

"Sir," A clown knocks on Jason's office door.

"What?!" Jason growls and looks up at the man who enters.

"We got a call from the Penguin. Seems his men found something in one of his gun shipments, says it belongs to you sir," the man nervously swallows.

Jason smirks. "Take me to the docks."
