The Penguin put a finger to his nose and snorted a line of cocaine from his desk upstairs at the Iceberg Lounge. A knock on the door doesn't even phase him, because he knows it's only Butch. Butch has seen him in this position many, many, many times, and is generally unfazed by it.
"Boss, um...the Joker's here and wants to talk with you downstairs," Butch tells him.
Oswald's head quickly snaps up with cocaine plastered to the tip of his nose.

His eyes go wide as he wonders why the clown is paying him a visit. He normally gave notice when he would be dropping in. So when he didn't, it caused the Penguin to be rather nervous, because it wasn't a social call. And the cocaine certainly didn't help.
"Fuck," the Penguin hisses and nervously sweeps his hand across his head, "D-d-does he look mad?" He stutters.
"Well he ain't smiling if that's what you mean boss," Butch informs him, "All the same, I really don't think you should keep him waiting."
"Damnit," the Penguin rises. He promptly limps out if his office and down the stairs. He can see the Joker and his twin patiently sitting at one of the tables waiting for him. "J," Oswald smiles, "What brings you by at non-business hours? Can I get you a drink?" He limps past them to the bar.
The Joker says nothing, only stares at him. Which makes Oswald even more nervous. He quickly goes behind his bar and brings out the expensive scotch and pours it into crystal whiskey glasses. He limps back to the table and sits a glass in front of them each and tries to bring a welcoming smile to his face. Jester observed the Penguin closely. His recent conversation with the Penguin was still fresh on his mind. He could see Oswald's fear of J.
"So, what can I do for you J?" He visibly swallows.
"Sit," the Joker says flatly and reached for his glass. Oswald sits and watches as the Joker stares at him as he swirls the ice cube in his drink. After a very long moment of silence he takes a drink, eyes never once unlocking from Oswald's. He sits his empty glass down and sighs, "Is there something you want to tell me Pengy?"
"Me?" He asks, "No," he shakes his head, "nothing that I'm aware of."
The Joker cocks his head, "How about you tell me about the Red Hood."
"The R-red Hood? That was you...right? B-b-before you were...you."
The Joker's eyes slightly narrow, "Really? You're really going to play stupid?"
"I-I-I'm not I-I-I just don't know what you're asking me."
The Joker quickly draws his gun, cocks it and aims it right at him. Oswald jumps up from his chair. His hands go up, "No no no..."
