The Penthouse had to be vacated until the window was fixed. It was far too much of a danger to Lucy. So Jason took his family and his men to the nicest Hotel in Gotham. They would simply live on room service until the repairs to the penthouse were completed. However, this little inconvenience couldn't have happened at a worse time. It was almost Lucy's third birthday, and Jason had planned on throwing her a birthday party.
But of course he couldn't have it at home, not after Bruce's little stunt. And he didn't want to have it in a hotel. He wanted it to be somewhere more private and intimate. The only person he planned on inviting was Jester. If it wasn't for Jester, he wouldn't even have his daughter in his life. And of course Jester would want to bring Julia, which was fine by him. He was curious to see how she was... adjusting.
Now, it might not have seemed like the greatest idea to have a birthday party for a three year old at the Grin and Bare It...but options were kind of limited. First of all, let's keep in mind, it wasn't just your average strip club. As J had said, it was more of a "gentleman's club". Meaning that only the richest of the rich ever saw inside of it. Infact, it you took luminol and a blacklight to it, you probably wouldn't find the first cum stain. Because J never allowed it to become that kind of place.
But let's not forget. This club the Joker had "inherited" from Carmine Falcone. It was the club where Jack lost his virginity. But, it was also the same club where Jason lost his. But that was all part of the plan when the Joker was trying to make Jason a carbon copy of himself. Anyhow, that being said, try not to hate on Jason too much for having his daughters birthday party in a strip club. You'd be surprised how easily you can turn a stripper pole into a carosel for a three year old.
And that's exactly what Jason did. He turned the entire club into a carnival scene. He had his clowns really dressed up like clowns. Armed clowns, but still full on clowns. He even managed to get Haley's Circus performors to come and do acts. Luckily the club had a high enough ceiling. The place was amazing! Complete with a huge five tier birthday cake. And when Jason saw the smile cover his daughters face, it made it all worth it.
When Jester and Julia arrived Lucy quickly ran into his awaiting arms. "Unk Jessure!!! Look!!!" She instantly starts pointing out the sights as her weight rests on his hip.

"Happy birthday baby girl," Jester smiles, "Daddy went all out for your birthday, didn't he? Julia and I got you something for your birthday," He smiles and motions to the gift Julia was carrying.
Lucy looks Julia over carefully, noticing that she looked like her family members. But she's never met her. "Who that Unk?" Lucy asks Jester.
"This is Uncle Jester's new girlfriend, Julia," he explains, "Can you say hello?"
Lucy smiles big, "Nice to meetcha," she thrusts her hand out. Jester giggles at how much she reminded him of Harley in that moment.
Julia laughs and shakes Lucy's little hand, "So very nice to meet you Miss Lucy."
