I was sitting in my room, waiting for overhaul, when I heard a faint knock on my door. Immediately knowing it was Eri I opened the door.

"Aren't you supposed to be in your room?" I asked her. She looked at me with anxiety written all over her face. She grabbed my hand and started dragging me somewhere.

She took me out of the place and started running. Realizing what was happening, I started running too. I could hear overhauls footsteps behind us so I grabbed her hand and started running faster.

When we got out of the alley way we bumped into something. I looked up and saw two heroes. My eyes widened and Eri latched onto the hero. His eyes widened and he looked at overhaul.

He looked scared for a moment before realizing that me and Eri were running from him.

"Sorry about that, my daughters are a bit clumsy." Overhaul said acting embarrassed. As he was walking his hand went to the back of his neck.

I rolled my eyes and rubbed my hand in Eri's back. They talked and the heroes, now known as Deku and Lemillion, went into the alleyway.

"Come on girls. You wouldn't want anyone to get hurt again because of you, would you?" Overhaul asked, being manipulative as per usual.

I sighed as Eri jumped out of Deku's arms and ran back to him. I turned to the heroes and bowed. "Sorry for wasting your time..." I mumbled. I stood up straight again and scrambled over to Overhaul and Eri.

Deku looked sympathetic and Lemillion looked disappointed. I shook my head and went back inside the place.

Time skip a few days later.

Eri ran to my room and burst through the door. When she closed it I heard a crash. She had tears streaming down her face.

I rushed over to her and hugged her. "It's ok.. what happened?" I asked her. She looked at me and said heroes infiltrated the place.

I could feel hope bubbling in my chest. "That's good. Deku and Lemillion are probably here too then! They probably told people what happened." I explained to her. Her eyes were sparkling.

"Really..?" She asked. "Yea.." I said to her with a sweet, closed-eye smile. I just hoped what I was saying was true.

Suddenly Overhaul came in the room. He picked up Eri and grabbed my wrist. He had his grip on me tight while his grip on Eri was lighter. At least he somewhat has a heart...

About 30 minutes later Lemillion was fighting Overhaul. One of Overhauls guys shot a bullet at Eri. My eyes widened I didn't know what to do.

I was about to jump in front of her when Lemillion beat me to it. "No! It will erase your quirk!" I said, worriedly. He just smiled at us.

Overhaul was just about to kill Lemillion when Deku burst into the room and punched overhaul.

—-After the fight cause I'm lazy af. Now y'all are at the hospital when deku suggests taking Eri to the sports fest—-

There was a knock at the door and we saw a pro hero, now known as Eraserhead, Lemillion, and Deku.

Eri's eyes lit up and I stayed on my corner of my bed that was pressed against the wall. Deku and Lemillion sat on two stools that were in between the beds.

"You lost your quirk didn't you..?" I asked Lemillion. He smiled. "Yea. It's fine. I'll have other chances to help people." He explained.

"He made an antidote using Eri's quirk. I think the police took it with Overhaul when they left... Eri's quirk is rewind as you already know. Mine is fast forward. Maybe she can help you get it back when she learns how to control it." I explained.

He rubbed the back of his neck. "I was actually planning on asking her to do that when she was older and could control her quirk." He said and laughed a bit.

They said a few more things and Eri started crying.

"This is so silly.." she started.

"I think I've forgotten how to smile.." more tears rolled down her cheeks and Deku stood up. He turned to Eraserhead and suggested we go to the festival.

They talked about it and decided on fully debating it later. I hugged Eri and eventually we settled for the night.
