Jisoo stood worried, looking at Jin, while Jin was thinking of some answer. Namjoon suspiciously looked at the siblings pair and Jin finally sighed in defeat, "Fine. I guess you deserve to know this" He mumbled and Jisoo inaudibly gasped, not believing what Jin just said. Namjoon got even more suspicious and stared at Jin with hardened gaze. "I and Jisoo are cousins" Jin finally spat out making Namjoon freeze in shock.

Jisoo looked at Jin with confusion and rage, "Yah! You wanted to keep it a secret, then why did you tell him?" She asked scolding. Jin looked at her with defeated look, "He knows everything about my past. He deserves to know about this as well" he explained and Jisoo was taken aback. "Whoa, you told him everything?" She asked surprised and Jin nodded with a small but casual shrug, "He saved my life many times, its obvious he would want to know" he replied.

Namjoon cleared his throat and both looked at Namjoon with questioning eyes. Rolling his eyes, Namjoon huffed, "I hope you both didn't forget I'm standing right here" he said with a sarcastic smile and Jisoo gave an awkward smile while Jin just ignored him. Jisoo went to Jin, hugging him, "I'm so happy that you're safe. Oh God, I almost felt my heart coming up my throat when I couldn't find you by the car" she emotionally said and Jin smiled.

Hugging her close, "Thank you for helping me" Jin said gratefully. Jisoo scowled and pinched Jin's waist, making himself shriek in pain, "I told you to stop being dramatic." she said furiously and Jin nodded with a pained face. Namjoon silently chuckled and Jisoo looked at him, she went to Namjoon and hugged him out the blue, surprising him. "Thank you so much Namjoon. If you wouldn't have come, God knows what could've happened" she softly said.

Namjoon looked at Jin, who smiled softly at Jisoo and sighed in understanding, patting her back. He didn't know what to say so he just silently accepted the gratitude. Hearing Jisoo, Jin frowned remembering something, "Wait, where's the police? I remember hearing sirens" he asked curiously and Namjoon also grew curious. Jisoo gave a proud smirk, flipping her hair with a cocky expression.

"I took the help from the internet, brother. I played the audio to scare that man away and look, it worked perfectly fine" she proudly explained. Jin was impressed and so was Namjoon, "I think this is the first time you used your brain in your whole life. Good job" Jin said, patting Jisoo's head with a teasing smile. Jisoo scowled, ready to kick Jin but Namjoon stopped the siblings, right before he could witness another deadly world war between them.

"Guys. We should leave. This alley is dark and dangerous. Let's go from here" Namjoon said and Jisoo nodded, agreeing with him, "Yeah. Let's go" she said, turning around and walking first. Jin was still shivering and slowly took a step, only to stumble. Jin gasped with eyes wide, ready to hit the ground on his face, but luckily, Namjoon caught him, "Easy there. I got you" he said, gently helping Jin up. Jisoo obliviously kept walking leaving the boys alone.

Namjoon, when was sure that Jin was alright, gently took his hand, "Come on, I'll help you" he said in a soft voice and Jin felt his cheeks turning red for unknown reason. He slowly nodded, carefully walking out of the alley with Namjoon, who was being very careful and cautious with Jin. They both were awkward and didnt even look, from the almost kiss that was about to happen. Nobody spoke on their way out but both held hands like their lives were dependent on it.

Jin's heart was beating fast and so was Namjoon's but both managed to keep a stoic face, hiding the butterflies going crazy in their stomach. They reached out of the alley and unconsciously, Jin heaved a sigh of relief, making Namjoon grit his teeth in anger for Youngbok. They both reached the car where Jisoo was waiting for them and Jin retracted his hand from Namjoon's before Jisoo looked, thinking it would make Namjoon uncomfortable.
