From Isabelle Winey's point of view

I smiled proudly as I watched Cynthia announce my son's victory, after a 45-minute break so the finalists could rest and prepare the arena for the final match.

After 45 minutes had passed Cynthia called the two finalists to the arena, Roxy was the first to arrive at the arena her hair was bouncing in the air, but what caught my attention was the smile she had on her face, she was excited.

"Good luck, Lance!" Sam screamed as my son made it visible for all to see.

My heart beat faster, when I saw my son and the expression he had on his face, Lance was always a kind boy, but he normally wore a stoic expression, but now he had the same smile that his opponent had on her face, he was excited too.

"It's going to be a great fight." My husband spoke as he offered me a glass of wine.

"Yes it sure will." I committed while accepting his glass of wine.

Cynthia announced the start of combat. Her voice was soft, but Roxy and Lance must have heard because the auras thickened around her. A shimmering veil of bluish silver surrounded Roxy unlike my son's aura, which was a myriad of different shades, no doubt because of their multiple affinities.

To this day I didn't believe my son was an elementary court mage.

From Priscila Glayder's point of view

I watched Roxy and Lancelot closely, these two were without a doubt the most talented people I'd ever met.

Blaine and I already talked about this, if something happens to Bairon or Varay one of them will be chosen to replace them as users of the artifacts, but it was only a matter of time before the two took that position.

I glanced at Varay out of the corner of my eye, his face was as expressionless as ever, but I knew he wanted to root for his sister.

Curtis' eyes were beaming with excitement as he watched his friends in the combat arena, my daughter was just in awe of the power levels of the participants.

'This will be a magnificent fight.' I thought.

From Arthur Leywin's point of view

'There is another elemental quad mage.' I thought stunned as I watched mana from the four elements engulfed his entire body..

The power levels of the participants were somewhat impressive, many of them were at the level of B-class adventurers, but Ayla, Lancelot, Roxy and Kize were at very different levels from the other participants.

But Lancelot was the person that caught my attention the most, because he is an elemental mage like me, but his control over mana far surpassed mine, I could barely use my lightning element but he used it with mastery trained turning it on and off in the blink of an eye.

'This is going to be a great fight.'

From the point of view of Lancelot Winey (Ayanokoji)

Esdeath and I were only a dozen feet apart. Our presence was colliding terribly, leaving all the spectators in a heavy mood as they just waited for one of us to make the first move for this match to officially begin.

Suddenly Esdeath's body trembled and disappeared, my body reacted instantly, to avoid Esdeath's first attack.

Neither I nor Esdeath were at the peak of our physical training, our bodies were tired thanks to our last fights, our mana reserve was not full, whoever knew how to use their mana best would win.

The ice quickly spread across the combat arena.

It may sound silly, but I wanted to test my ice magic against Esdeath because of that my first attack was a frost.
