From the point of view of Lancelot Winey (Ayanokoji)
November 13.
Day of the cortege the beasts.
Mayburn City.
Team Winey:
Isabelle Winey: Fire Attribute Mage (Divergent), Light Silver Stage Core.
Simon Winey: Wind Attribute Mage (Divergent), Core at solid silver stage.
Sam Ayres: Water attribute mage, Core at solid yellow stage.
Lancelot Winey: Elemental Quad Mage (Divergent), Core at light yellow stage.
Fluger: Millennial Wyvern
"Good idea." I recognized it as I watched a curtain rise around the town of Mayburn.
Curtain is a barrier created to separate a certain location from the outside world. That way, the inside of the curtain is completely imperceptible to someone outside.
More experienced mages can create more complex curtains, even setting some conditions. These conditions can be used to strengthen the curtain and prevent a specific person from entering.
The curtain still has an inversely proportional balance between its internal and external strength, that is, the harder it is to get out of the curtain, the easier it will be for an outsider to enter. It is also worth remembering that the barrier can be undone if the sorcerer who created it is removed from it.
"I can go out." Sam said putting his arm through the curtain.
"Me too." My mother said doing the same thing.
"This curtain is most likely a screen where only civilians are trapped, civilians can only enter, but mages can siege or enter whenever they want." Fluger explained.
"That makes sense as their goal is to kill as many people as possible." My father said.
I took a scroll of dual communication from my dimensional ring.
"What are you doing Lancelot?" Sam asked.
"Testing something." I tried calling Kathyln who was most likely in the castle on Etistin, but as I expected it didn't work. "Communication has been blocked."
"Most likely all communications should be done off-screen..." Fluger guessed.
"That sounds like a bag." I commented.
"Get ready here they come." Fluger's form glowed and he reverted to his original form, he huddled atop the tower of a nearby building, his eyes scaling to stare at the horde of beasts.
"Lancelot Winey, nice to finally meet you, I know your opponent." A gruff voice came to life behind me, looking over my shoulder I saw a tall, thin, dark-haired African man whose eyes and hair are being covered by glasses and a hat respectively.
"You'll excuse me but I'm a little stuck." I exclaimed feeling the icy sensation of realmheart activation come to life in my body.
"As?!" The man who loudly called you my opponent said stunned when he saw me in front of him in an instant, my fist hitting the pit of his stomach making him vomit blood.
'Was something wrong?'
I felt that the man lying in front of me was a distraction, I knew I said, he was too weak for me to even consider him a fly.
"Excuse me Lance." A familiar voice found my ears, I looked out of the corner of my eye only to see Dorothy Unsworth landing gently on the ground half a step away from me, a pink mana emanated from her and in an instant I was enveloped by her.
"Welcome to Dorothy's world, Lancelot." Dorothy commented as a floating throne appeared behind her, she sat down right away.
"You seem to be quite calm." I commented letting my gaze wander, around me, everything was pink, several objects floated in the air.
"The same goes for you, that stoic expression doesn't suit someone who's just been betrayed by a friend." she commented.
"Friend...that word is a little strong to describe our relationship don't you think?"
"If you say so, I'm not going to object." An arrow of pink light shot out of her hand, I jumped backwards onto a giant cushion, Hades'Wrath materialized in my hand.
'Hey Hades have you ever seen magic like this?'
'No, it feels like we've been taken to another dimension.'
"Of course you've never seen magic like this." Dorothy spoke startling us, "For she doesn't belong in this world."
"Agrona." I said with a sigh, "Dorothy he brought you too didn't he?"
"You really are very smart, but I can't waste much time here, you know I have more important things to do." Dorothy suddenly disappeared.
"This looks like a child's dream world." She said more to myself than to Hades.
'Well how do we get out of here?' Hades asked
'Since we are trapped in another dimension we will need to use Spatium.'
Spatium, the ether path that controls space, with good control over this path you can manipulate space at the atomic level.

"Where are you going Elijah?" Makima asked putting her hand on my shoulder.
"Do you still ask? I'm coming to help of course." I replied sarcastically.
"Even without your memories you haven't changed at all, you're still a runt, weak." With a quick movement she slapped my solar plexus and in that instant voice echoed in my head.
I had never felt a sensation like this before, it was a peculiar sensation that I knew was not normal. It felt like the monster I was trying to keep locked away switched places with me.
"Wake up Nico."
