From Iris Flirting's point of view
The lights from the lighting artifacts illuminated the leaves on the trees, this only made the trees even more beautiful, the sky was completely starry giving Drossel and me a serene glow.
"Welcome to my house Iris." Drossel spoke as he opened one of the huge double doors.
Drossel led me into a fancy living room. Luxurious furniture was arranged in small groups along the great room, which burst with color and had an entire bar that ran along the far wall.
"Please have a seat," my friend said, pointing to the nearest sofa, "what would you like to drink? I am very proud of my collection. Here you will find only the finest and most potent drinks, tailor-made for you." be appreciated by those with the high metabolism provided by the power of magic."
"It could be a Whiskey." I said as I sat on the couch.
"OK."
Drossel prepared two glasses of whiskey, he handed one to me and I took it firmly, "thank you."
"Did you keep in touch with the staff?" Drossel asked me as he sat across from me.
"Too little, everyone is too busy with their own things."
"I sometimes speak with Blaine, but since the founding of the council our conversations have become more sparse, but that was to be expected his duties have only increased with the coming together of the three races."
"Drossel." Met my eyes with my friend's, "Do you believe in fate?"
"Why so suddenly?"
"Please answer me." I insisted
"I believe."
"Me too, fate can be read, but intentionally it takes its form...in all cases I think we are destined to participate in the new era of this world."
"New era? Are you talking about the future war?"
"Yes, do you fear her?"
"A little, after all we don't know anything about our opponents."
"We shouldn't fear her, we just have to step into the future and change the world", I paused a little before speaking again, "I feel that my students will turn this world upside down, I see it in your eyes, maybe It's no coincidence they were born in the same generation, maybe they were born to fight for Dicathen, everything seems to happen for a purpose, it's not a bad idea to live a little longer to see the dawn they will bring."
From the point of view of Lancelot Winey (Ayanokoji)
"You've finally arrived." Fluger commented irritably, my bond hadn't come along with me to Kalberk, he said he had more important things to do.
"Sorry I'm late, you know I had to lose my roommates."
"What a lame excuse." Fluger scoffed.
I injected mana from my dimensional ring and took out the syringe with the antinode to heal the corrupted beasts, "let's test this soon, I have to be back before dawn comes."
From Alea Triscan's point of view
The spear meeting room was quite simple, there was only one square table, with six chairs around it, one at each end and two at each side.
Varay sat at one end, Bairon on his left, Aya on his right, and I sat next to Aya.
Varay took a map from the beast glades and placed it on the table.
"Titanic blood worms, which are uncommon to be seen, are being reported more frequently by adventurers. Different parts of beast glades." Varay spoke as he pointed to the map.
"Titanic blood worms? They're not that rare mana beasts, what's so unusual about them?" I asked.
"Nothing at first...but mapping all the reports and checking them with the mana beast behavior experts, it seems that they are deviating from their common excavation path and their tunnels always lead to a lair of a rank mana beast high and corrupted, the most serious case was the Terrible Tombs, where adventurers, Elijah Knight, Lucas Wykes, Reginald Bastion, Kriol Masser, Oliver Hemmbet, Samantha Tempest, Brald Landon, Jasmine Flameswoth and Note the Masked Swordsman found an Elderwood Guardian an S-rank mana beast."
Bairon clicked his tongue at the mention of the Terrible Tombs, this was a subject he didn't like to talk about or hear about, after all I think he had mixed feelings for this event.
"For now this may just be a coincidence, but I can't help but think that these events have something to do with the Alacryans." Aya spoke.
"I've been leading the investigation in the beast glade..."
"But I could enjoy a much larger area with my sensory magic." He said completing Bairon's speech.
"You'd have to work alone so your speed isn't slowed down, but that can be dangerous."
"I will continue to focus on the deeper areas of the beast glades looking for more alacryan encampments, but I fear that the titan worms are digging closer and closer to the deeper levels of the dungeons hands near Sapin." Bairon spoke.
"I would love to help you Alea, but tomorrow I have to go to Zestier, but you can wait for Mica to come back from Darv and the two of you to go together, call my intuition but I feel something bad is going to happen." Aya said.
"No. The chances of adventurers and students finding a mana beast they can't deal with will only increase if we wait," I rose from my chair and placed more hands on the table, "I'll begin the investigation right away."
