From Iris Flirting's point of view

In the present

"I see you are telling Lancelot our stories." Drossel spoke appearing in front of us.

"Yes who will join us?" I asked.

"I would love to, but that's impossible at the moment Lancelot, would you mind if I took Iris from you, we have something to do."

"Of course not, director." Lancelot rose.

"Lancelot you don't have to be so formal with me just call me Drossel."

"As you wish Drossel, now if you'll excuse me." After a slight bow Lancelot left and disappeared into the night.

"So what do we have to do?" I questioned trying to remember any commitment I could have made with Drossel.

"I just received this." I brought out a letter from her dimensional ring and handed it to me, as soon as I took the letter I noticed something it had the seal of the Glayder family.

The contents of the letter were basically Priscilla summoning us to a meeting at Etistin's castle, she opened a quote to tell Drossel to call me in case I didn't receive my letter.

1 hour later

In the meeting room of the castle in Etistin

Around the oak table were six people who were: Isabelle, Simon, Drossel, Priscilla, Blaine and of course me.

"I'm sorry to intrude on you guys so late, but unfortunately, the only free time Blaine and I could have was after the council meeting tonight. I hope not if you don't mind." Announced Priscilla, starting our little impromptu meeting.

"Well, that doesn't matter, it's not like we don't have daytime commitments either." commented Drossel

"Yes Simon and I have been quite busy lately." Said Isa

"How long has it been since we've all been together in the same place?" I asked changing the subject of conversation.

"I think since my coronation." Blaine said thoughtfully.

"I don't think it was the birth of Prince Curtis, we wouldn't miss the birth of the future King of Sapin." Simon commented.

"Well, he is no longer the heir to the throne, as there is theoretically no King of Sapin." Drossel commented with a half smile, "Now he will be a ruler of the continent."

"Yes although the duties and responsibilities are much greater." Blaine said in an exhausted tone.

"How is Kathlyn Iris?" asked Priscilla

"To this day I can't believe you became a teacher, let alone practical mana manipulation the subject you hated so much." Blaine commented with a slight teasing tone.

"Unlike you, I was not born heir to an entire kingdom." I replied, "She is doing very well, her mastery over her bestial will is very good, even tomorrow she will play in the final tomorrow morning of one of the exchange events, but I feel she still lacks combat experience."

"Well she grew up in the comfort of the castle so she never had to fight." Drossel played.

"I'm glad she's doing well." Exclaimed Priscilla, relieved and proud.

"And how are Lancelot?" This time it was the turn of the other mother in the group to ask.

"Isa, Simon, I already thought your son was an anomaly when it came to mana manipulation, but living with him, I started to wonder if he really is twelve years old, everything about him exudes an abnormal experience, whether it's his skill in mana manipulation, in swordplay even the way he minutely speaks his words."
