Since I came to the beast glades the weeks passed in the blink of an eye, by the time I freaked out it had been six months since I had become an adventurer, it was electrifying the adrenaline that the beast glade caused, because of the lack of information we had about her.

But I was starting to get bored fighting A-rank beasts wasn't much harder, I needed something bigger, something truly interesting.

Currently Sam and I are camping in a small clearing surrounded by trees, there was a small field of grass with a stream of clear water flowing through it.

Sam and I are sitting around the small fire we've made.

I suddenly felt disturbances in the atmospheric mana indicating that something was using mana nearby.

I closed my eyes and focused all my senses on the mana particles, the mana was being used below us, in short we were on top of an underground cavern.

I opened my eyes, felt my lips curve into a smile as my instinct warned me that there was something really underneath.

Suppress my urge to go find out the cause of the mana disturbance and go to sleep.

I put some more wood on the fire, Sam and I put our sleeping bags a few feet away so we could still feel the heat.

I woke up from my beautiful sleep thanks to the first rays of sun that hit my face.

After stretching, I got up and went to the stream to take a shower, after washing I caught some fish.

I lit the fire again and started grilling the fish.

"Good Morning." I spoke as soon as I saw Sam wake up, most likely because of the aroma of the fish being grilled.

"Good morning! You should have woken me up Lancelot. There's no need for you to do all the chores yourself."

I smiled, "I didn't want to work your sleep."

Sam got up and went to the stream to take a shower, after eating the grilled fish for breakfast, we put out the fire.

"What are we doing today?" Sam asked as he gathered his things.

'As one imagined she didn't feel the mana disturbances yesterday.'

"I felt a strong mana beast of mana, so I wanted to investigate, but about her."

"I see," Sam said as he stuffed things into his dimensional ring.

"We will?" I asked

"Yes let's go." Sam replied.

Crackling sounds popped in the air around me as my hair stood on end as the electric current coursed through me.

I ran toward the mana beast I'd sensed the night before, leaving a trail of charred grass and dirt behind me.

As Sam and I traversed what must have been the most dangerous area on the continent, I didn't see any mana beasts... I spotted some rabbits and birds, but I still didn't see anything else. Something even stranger that I noticed a little earlier was the abundance of mana in this place.

Apart from the fact that there was no road, it ended up being a smooth and uneventful trip, with minimal obstacles and terrain that I had to get around. As I approached the beast's location, the abundance of mana was getting richer and denser. Ignoring the temptation to stop and absorb the surrounding mana, I ventured out.

I reached the area where the beast's mana trail had directed me, but I couldn't see anything other than a cluster of rocks surrounded by a cluster of trees.
