-Thank you-Lyla Stark, a sixteen year old girl, living in a tower full of Avengers. Grown adults with four teenagers, Peter Parker, Wanda Maximoff, Pietro Maximoff, and Lyla. We all know who the adults are.
Lyla is the only one who isn't an Avenger. All though, she could be. She does have abilities, after all. Teleportation, super strength, and blocking mind-readers.
Poor Lyla received these powers from Hydra. Kidnapped at five from a friends house and finally escaped nine years later at fourteen. She's been home for three and a half years, now seventeen.
Her father, Tony Stark, heartbroken all the years that she was missing, was ecstatic when his daughter had returned. He hadn't had a clue where she had gone and was furious when she told him, hunting that Hydra base with the help of the original Avengers, Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Clint Barton, Thor Odinson, and Bruce Banner.
Not too long after, maybe a week, Lyla revealed her powers to the group and Tony was not letting her join the Avengers. She wanted to but, also didn't want to argue with the father she had missed dearly.
Soon enough, Steve brought a man named Sam wilson to the tower. He never left.
Then, came along Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Lyla and Wanda got along very well. They weren't best friends but, they never had an argument and definitely considered each other as friends in the least.
Pietro, though. Lyla couldn't stand him. Clint had described him as the 'Sokovian Bastard' and she couldn't agree more. His smug smirks. Sarcastic attitude. He was just so annoying in her eyes.
She could not lie about the fact that he was attractive but, personality comes first and she can barely stand his so, that's a no.
After those two, Peter Parker showed up along with Bucky Barnes. Lyla got along with both, mostly Bucky because, he also dealt with Hydra, may have been there a lot longer than she was but, they still experienced it and despise it. Peter, on the other hand, has a huge crush on Lyla. She's not avoiding him for that, she just tries to subtly show that she is not interested without actually saying that she is not, in fact, interested.
Now, they all live in the tower together. Everyone, other than Tony and Lyla, has to share a floor. Lyla was moved back to her floor she had before she was taken and nothing had changed since then. She definitely fixed that when she was able to. Made it cozier, something she hadn't had in nine years. Light colors and comfy couches with nice pillows. She made it her home again and was the happiest she had been in a long time.
To conclude, she loves everyone there, except for Pietro and never could love him.
Maybe.

Lyla and Tony are in his lab right now. Clint calls her Mini Stark and she gets why, being that she is a young genius. Hydra had taught her so, she wouldn't be useless when they sent her out into the real world. Now, Tony teaches her so, she can succeed in the real world. They work together all the time and she and Peter even help out with the interns nearly everyday. Lyla is known as Tonys personal assistant to the others, not knowing that she is his daughter, and Peter is just an intern. They've made some pretty good friends that would back them up and probably kill someone who tried to hurt them. Tonys workers are very protective over the young ones.
"Lyla."
"Tony."
"Don't call me that."
"Yes, Tony."
He rolls his eyes and she giggles quietly.
"I need the screwdriver and for you to go get Peter. Need his help with something."
"Here." Lyla hands him the tool. "And, I might be able to help."
"You understand this?"
Tony tilts his project towards her and she leans closer so, she can see better. She assesses the situation and takes the thing from his hand.
"Oh?" He backs up.
Lyla smirks and easily fixes the issue, handing it to her father, keeping the little grin of victory.
"Alright, smarty-pants." Tony mocks. "How'd you figure it out?"
"Taught this stuff in Hydra." Lyla shrugs.
"Aah."
Lyla and Tony never speak sadly about her time in Hydra, not wanting to bring everyone down. If it's brought up, they continue on as if they hadn't spoken of it in the first place, deciding it's not worth their time and energy.
Lyla moves back to her project, a mini Vision. She thought it would be funny to make a barbie doll sized look alike that does a lot of the same things. Minus whatever the stone has made him do like, feel emotion, go through walls, pick up Thors hammer, etc. But, it has his intelligence, know it all attitude, it sounds just like him, and, like Jarvis, controls the tower, she's giving it her attitude, too. Wanda is gonna love it. No one knows about it except for Tony since he helped her come up with it and start it.
"I'm so excited for this to be done." Lyla smiles.
"I can't wait for Wanda to see it. Pietro's gonna laugh his ass off." Tony chuckles.
She rolls her eyes at that and Tony smirks to himself.
"I do not care what he does. This is for me and Wanda. He will find it funny, though."
"Hell yeah, he will. Doesn't he not like Vision?"
"Yeah. Doesn't like that Wanda has a boyfriend. Protective twelve minute older brother."
"You know a lot about him." Tony smirks.
"Don't even start."
"I didn't say anything." He shrugs.
"You were thinking it."
"You a mind reader too, now?"
"I can see it in your eyes." Lyla whispers mysteriously.
"Whatever." Tony laughs.
"Mhmm. Be quiet."
