Tuesday morning, Lyla goes to the kitchen and silently gets herself a bowl.

"You don't have to go to school today." Tony shakes his head.

"I'm going."

"Okay." He sighs.

Nat, Steve, and him look at each other with worried faces before looking away with a sad mind. Lyla sighs and puts the bowl back, moving to her chair instead.

Peter comes from the elevator and she avoids any eye-contact with him, crossing her arms and staring at Pietros seat.

Time comes when they have to leave for school and Lyla stands, Peter hesitantly standing, too. She still doesn't look at him as she puts her pointer finger to his shoulder, appearing beside the school.

"Ly-"

"Go."

"I'm so-"

"Go away, Peter."

He sighs and walks off, her staying by the wall. She lays her head against it as her eyes begin watering, letting the tears fall.

She jumps with a gasp when she feels a sharp pain to her neck. She brings her hand to it and pulls it away to see a small spot of blood. Her knees go weak as her head grows heavy, falling to the ground on her hands, trying to keep her eyes open but, failing and passing out right there.

Lyla wakes up a few hours later, strapped down to a seat with a belt covering her mouth. She starts hyperventilating and quickly searches her surroundings, letting herself silently sob when she sees the Hydra symbol painted on the wall across from her.

The doors open and she begins trying to get herself free as multiple people step in, her biggest fear coming true when she sees Pierce walk in behind them, trying harder to get out.

"Now, now, Lyla." He smirks. "Quit moving. You aren't getting out of it this time."

She continues trying while watching him pace in front of her.

"Y'know? I knew giving someone these powers would be a great thing but, I never expected to find out that the other one I had touch the stone turn out to be Tony Starks personal assistant."

She furrows her brows at that and he chuckles.

"The stone. Yeah. You touched that, too. Not just the Maximoff twins. The only other being to survive something that strong so far and I'm sure you can do so much more than you know. That is why, I will take you back. You're mine again. Isn't that right, Whisper?"

Lyla shakes her head, hyperventilating again, continuing to try and get out, all so much harder than before.

"The book."

A man hands Pierce a black book that Lyla recognizes far too easily, shouting beneath her restraints. He opens it and flips to a certain page, smirking as he begins reading.

"Gone." He speaks in russian. "Five. Home. Missing-"

He continues on as Lyla screams, wishing more than anything that he would just disappear and she was back home with her family, wishing that she could just stop everything he was doing.

She looks into his eyes and he freezes in his place. She furrows her brows and he starts taking off her restraints, confusing everyone in the room. He takes off her mouth piece and she takes a deep breath, continuing to stare him in the eyes, thinking up every move he makes.

He goes to the wall by the door and presses a button after she's free, all the dampeners in the room turning off.

"Pierce!" The workers call, trying to stop him.

Not fully having her power back yet, Lyla takes to knocking a guy out, the others coming for her while she fights back with the skill of a soldier and a widow.

Soldiers come storming into the room and she makes one shoot Pierce and a few other guys before she feels a bullet go right through her abdomen. She freezes, everyone else freezing with her as she looks down at her new wound. She slowly brings her hand to cover it, the blood pouring out as she lands quietly in the common room.

"Pietro."
