She cried and locked herself out inside her bedroom when the new situation finally sink in... Her beloved man, Prince Andrew, is no longer her lawful husband! She is not an imperial princess now! She will never be the future empress and the mother of the future emperor! She remained depressed for several days until she recalled the incoming Emperor's birthday! Suddenly, she found an opportunity to see Prince Andrew and beg him to take her back!

Her parents were extremely alarmed and horrified when they heard her plan! To prevent her from coming with them to the birthday banquet, they locked her up inside her bedroom. Gladly, she convinced her loving brother, Marcus Khalajan, to secretly let her come with him, dressed as his attendant! Now, she is standing in the dark corner, pretending to be a lowly servant, silently gritting her teeth and clenching her hands while throwing a look of daggers at the extremely beautiful woman dressed in a luxurious gown, wearing very expensive pieces of jewelry and accessories, walking gracefully, and presenting herself grandly like some sort of imperial princess or empress.

She smiled mockingly when she saw that the two princes, especially Prince Andrew, were forced to withdraw and go back to their seats while Minister Zander made an obvious attempt to shield his wife from the two princes' view!

Everyone stood up and bow down in unison to welcome and greet the emperor and empress. Emperor Claudius and Empress Alyna sat in the highest seat of power and honor. Next, the emperor gave the order to make everyone feel at ease and start the celebration! It started with a grand ritual to thank heaven and was followed by a well-wishing and gift presentation.

Empress Alyna wished for a long prosperous life for the emperor and presented her gift. It was a magnificent gold and purple imperial robe made in Solaris Empire. Its market value is equivalent to forty cities!

Next, Prince Andrew wished for a long prosperous life for the emperor and presented his gift which is a sword, shield, and full body armor made from Solaris' steel, the lightest but strongest metal that can only be found in Solaris Empire. It cost him a great amount of wealth to collect the needed materials and have them forged by the most talented blacksmith of the Solaris Empire. He also used his connections to bribe several people so it can be shipped out of the Solaris Empire since exporting Solaris' steel is highly prohibited for monopoly and security reasons!

When it was Prince Anders' turn, he also wished for a long and prosperous life for the emperor and presented his gift which is a set of rare books written by several famous and knowledgeable people of ancient times. He knows that his father loves literature so much! He also added a rare medicine that the ingredients can only be found in Solaris Empire and was concocted by the most talented physician of Solaris Empire! The medicine was rumored to have the ability to save even the person that is already at death's door!
