One week after Prince Andrew and his shadow guards departed, Beatrix thought that she had a serious illness so she ordered the butler to ask for an imperial physician to check her condition. She was utterly surprised when the imperial physician congratulated and told her that she is pregnant! 

After the initial shock, she teared up due to a mixture of happiness and fear. She recalled her previous miscarriages and at that time, she needed someone to assure her that everything will be alright. She feels annoyed and frustrated that Prince Andrew left and did not even inform her of his whereabouts... Now, she could not even contact him and inform him of her pregnancy! 

She realized that all her negative thoughts and emotions will not do good to the baby so she calmed down and asked for the things she needs to do to ensure the baby's safety. The head imperial physician gave her a prescription and explained that her pregnancy is very sensitive. She is advised to rest, avoid stress, and eat healthy meals regularly.

She followed the advice seriously. The butler was assigned to manage the household matters. He and all the other servants treated Beatrix with the same respect and obedience they are giving to their master. Before he left, Prince Andrew assigned trusted people to manage his businesses and other responsibilities while he is not around in the capital so she does not have many things to do... Soon, she got so bored and wants to visit her parents but Prince Andrew left a very strict order to the guards. He forbids her from going out of the mansion without him! The only place she could go is the imperial palace but only if she is summoned by the emperor or empress. The guards are very scary and intimidating. They only follow his order and would not let her go out! She is very mad but the person she is angry with is not even around so she could not complain and she does not have a choice but to wait...

The next day, the emperor and empress summoned Beatrix and Princess Madeline at the same time. The two magnificent couple are very ecstatic when they heard that Beatrix is pregnant! The emperor gave several precious gifts to his two daughters-in-law. Next, the empress happily provided tips about pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing to Beatrix. Even though she already heard the same tips in different lifetimes, Beatrix genuinely thanked the empress for the nice gesture. After that, the emperor regretfully informed Princess Madeline that his second son is still missing but he assured her that he would do everything to locate and bring back his second son to the capital.

Princess Madeline is not happy... The word "miserable" is an understatement! Her imperial father is very disappointed with her because she failed to marry the heir of the Sky Empire and get valuable information about the recently found treasure from him. Her imperial father is very determined to get the treasure from Sky Empire because the treasure originally belonged to Cloud Empire! On the other hand, her imperial mother is very disappointed that she failed to seduce either of the two princes and get pregnant immediately. Her imperial mother believes that a child could be used to rightfully claim the throne of the Sky Empire and merge it with Cloud Empire when the time comes... 

She did not immediately go back to Prince Anders' mansion. She went to a teahouse to secretly meet someone. Three days ago, she received a letter from someone and she was intrigued. She did not fully trust the sender but she is very curious so she decided to meet the person. She entered the teahouse alone and let her guards hide somewhere not far. A waitress escorted her to the farthest room on the second floor... Inside that room, a beautiful woman wearing a white hood is already waiting and sitting on the other side of the table.

"Princess Madeline, I am glad that you accepted my invitation! I guess you are dying to know the details..." The beautiful woman wearing a white hood said.

"Lady Dinah, please just get straight to the details. I don't have time to waste." Princess Madeline replied seriously.

Lady Dinah Khalajan, Prince Andrew's divorced wife, motioned for the princess to sit down. She told the princess about her best friend's discovery and strange death. Next, she told the princess about her discovery inside Prince Andrew's room, and then she showed the paper that she tore from the sketch pad.

"So you are saying that the two princes of Sky Empire love sharing the same woman? That is nuts!!!" Princess Madeline declared in disbelief.

"That was what I thought at first... But no! They never want to share... That bitch named Beatrix Lamoreaux deceived the two princes! I only figured it out after the bride-swapping incident spread to the public... That dirty, manipulative slut destroyed my best friend's life! She destroyed mine! And she also destroyed yours! You see, we have a common enemy!" Dinah explained her thoughts.
