One day, Prince Timothy caught him off guard. He was out of practice for a long time and had already spent most of his vigor in an orgy last night. To make the long story short, he failed to defend and protect himself. He got scared and wanted to preserve his life and manhood so he betrayed his eldest brother by revealing the details about the secret underground passage and surrendering the keys in his possession. 

He witnessed how his brother died. He knew it was his fault but he would not accept it! His mind searched for another person to blame. He thought about the women who depleted his energy, making him unable to fight or flee at this crucial moment. That time, he once again blamed women for his misfortune so he made a secret vow to stop toying with women. Instead, he would kill them before they lead him to another misery!

As if to test him, he saw a woman's seductive back when he entered the secret chamber in the underground passage! He shook his head to clear his mind before swiftly grabbing his long dagger and stabbing the unknown woman. His eyes widened in surprise when the woman turned around and he first saw her ethereal appearance...

Viktor was shocked when he saw how his uncle betrayed his parents. For a moment, his mind seemed to stop working... When he recovered from the initial shock, he immediately stopped the vision inside his head. He had already seen enough! Now, he had three things inside his mind...

First, his imperial uncle made a fool out of him all these years!

Second, he gave his imperial father's throne to a traitor!

Last and worst of all, how could she still like him after all of that?!!!

He hurriedly went back to the banquet hall. His eyes instantly looked for his uncle. He had one goal: To finish off the person who betrayed his parents! He grabbed the closest maid offering drinks to the guests and angrily asked, "Where is my Imperial Uncle?!! "

"I-I do not know, Your Highness... " The maid fearfully replied and almost cried after seeing his murderous glare. 

He let go of the frightened maid and grabbed the closest imperial guard to ask the same question. 

"H-His Imperial Majesty was escorted by Lady Psi..." The guard hesitantly replied. He sensed that their prince's temper was off that night. 

When Viktor heard it, his anger and jealousy increased! His hand automatically squeezed the guard's collar as he spat out the next question, "Escorted to where?!!"

"I... I think Lady Psi escorted His Majesty to his... to his... "

"Why can't you answer me directly?!! Where are they heading to?!! Damn it!!!" He screamed violently when the guard hesitated to answer him. His loud angry voice captured the attention of everyone in the banquet hall. He noticed it when the people began to murmur and whisper to others but he did not care! He was already blinded by so much rage and too much jealousy. 

"I'm gonna ask you one last time!!! Where are they heading?!!" He said each word with so much malice and dangerous warning. 

"H-His Majesty was very drunk so the lady volunteered to escort him... I am not certain, Your Highness, but they were heading toward His Majesty's... bedchamber. " The guard felt the dead weight on his head and chest when he finally revealed what he knew. 

Viktor let him go after hearing what he wanted to know. He was laughing sardonically as he went to the highest platform and all the eyes were directed at him, their eyes silently questioning him. He faced the crowd as he announced what he discovered earlier. 

"Noblemen and women! You might be wondering why am I suddenly acting this way, right?!!" He scoffed and continued, "I am going to tell you the truth! You will hear it straight from me! I think it is better this way since I am the one who enthroned a traitor!" The murmur and whispers became louder and filled the banquet hall. It irritated him even more. "Yes!  You heard me right!  I just found out that my good Imperial Uncle is the biggest traitor! He betrayed Cloud Empire! He betrayed my Imperial Father and Imperial Mother! He connived with a usurper to murder my parents! He fooled everyone, especially me, all these years! The worst part is I trusted him and gave him my Imperial Father's throne! Can you believe that? A liar and a betrayer is now sitting on the throne!!!" He chuckled sardonically before leaving the banquet hall in a mess. He had already said what he wanted to say! Now, he will do what he needs to do! 

The festive atmosphere inside the banquet hall suddenly turned chaotic as a mixture of surprise, curiosity, and disbelief spread like wildfire. The people who supported and were loyal to Emperor Aiden questioned the veracity of the statement and wanted to ask for concrete proof. On the other hand, the people who remained loyal to the late Emperor Albert and now supported Prince Viktor believed the allegation completely as they thought everything makes more sense now! In a short period, the entire hall was in uproar as the people started to divide, argue, and fight!
