She was looking at the back of a man grieving the loss of a loved one. At this moment, she massaged her temple as she contemplated the fact that she broke an important rule that governed the balance of fate and destiny...

She broke it first when she saved the baby's life and then broke it again when she also took Prince Aiden for the baby's sake. As a result, she saved the lives of two mortals from the newly crowned Emperor Timothy who never intended to let anyone who had a claim to the throne live longer after successfully eliminating the biggest obstacle to his ambition to rule Cloud Empire.

She sighed and then shook her head helplessly. She did not know how she would explain to her Celestial Father that she intervened. She knew that some things are meant to happen for a certain result to be achieved but she interfered! Suddenly, she became curious about the repercussions of her intervention...

Her heart uttered a secret prayer as she focused on her ability to peek into the future to see whether everything was still according to the plan and the majority of the future events remained unchanged but what she saw shocked her to the core! The fate and destiny of this world were in disarray...

She saw that the flow of the events was changed drastically. She witnessed deaths, chaos, and destruction that will happen in the future that was not in the original plan! She clenched her fists as she saw the new flow of events unfolding before her eyes... She created a messy future, a clear repercussion of her intervention!

She did not know if she regrets her decision or not but in the end, she thought that regret would lead to nowhere. Next, she considered finishing them off before the events that she saw would happen. Her mind told her that it was the right thing to do since they are fated to die in the first place but her heart was preventing her from doing it. Her logical and emotional reasoning was battling inside her so she became very distracted. She walked to relax and clear her thoughts. Without noticing it, she was already near him...

He had already stopped grieving and appeared calm and collected when she began to approach his direction. His body immediately returned to normal right after the baby stopped feeding. He silently looked at the baby peacefully sleeping in his arm and waited for her to say something when she was already near. He waited but after a long deafening silence between them, he decided to take the initiative when he noticed something seemed to be bothering her.

"What should we name him?" He asked her seriously.

His sudden query cut off her train of thought, bringing her attention back to him and the baby when she replied, "His parents did not tell you what name they wanted to give him?" She returned the question to him to make him realize another mistake in the past.

He became quiet again. He did not want to admit that he had no idea what name his late imperial brother and late imperial sister wanted to give the child before they passed away. He was a happy-go-lucky and led a life of excessive indulgence. He never truly cared about others before so he did not even bother to ask them about the baby's name.

"You saved his life and it looked like you care a lot about him so if you could name him, what would it be?" He slyly rephrased his question. He did not want to talk about his past so he avoided being on the hot seat.

She immediately understood his true intention. It appears that he was not yet ready to face and be responsible for his past mistakes so she did not make it hard for him.

"If it is up to me, I would give him a very beautiful, powerful, and lucky name... Hmmm... What about the name... 'Viktor'?" She suggested the first nice name she could think of.

"Great! Then let's call him Viktor moving forward!" He immediately agreed, knowing that his late imperial brother would also like the name if he was still alive.

"What? Just like that? You are not going to suggest another name anymore?" She could not believe he would immediately agree. It looked like he does not care about his nephew at all.

Am I wrong about him?

"No. The name 'Viktor' is perfect for him! It is a great name for the son of a great monarch... brother... husband... and father!" He seriously and honestly explained his sentiments to her and then looked at the sleeping baby appreciatively.

She gazed at his vibrant expression and observed his actions for a little longer. Next, she stared at the adorable face of the sleeping baby before she made her decision final...

Regardless of the huge change you will contribute to the fate of this world, I will help you... protect you... and guide you... I just hope my decision is not wrong! I hope both of you are worth it!!!
