Prince Andrew stood up and left their cell in high spirits. He is thinking about the new information that was revealed to him. He is in an extremely good mood now that everything makes sense! What makes him happier is the fact that he and Beatrix always end up together in those four past lifetimes. Now, he is even more convinced that they are truly meant for each other! 

He smiled wryly as he planned to face Zander and tell him everything. Then, he would give him a choice to ask for a divorce from Beatrix, officially cutting off all of his connection with her. After that, he will let him live a prosperous, long life in a large mansion outside the empire plus award him more gold as a parting gift... He is doing this for old times' sake! But, if his former friend will not accept his generous offer, he could also make him disappear forever without a trace... This option is less hassle, easier, and cheaper for him! Suddenly, one of the spies that he recently assigned to monitor his imperial brother's movements came back...

"What happened to the task I gave you?" He asked the spy.

"It is done, my Lord!" The spy informed him. It confirmed his guess that his brother had already made his move to eliminate Zander.

"Okay. Maintain surveillance!" He ordered next.

"Yes, my Lord!" The spy replied and then left swiftly like the wind.

Prince Andrew smiled contentedly this time. He changed his direction knowing that his angry former friend will not be able to come anymore... Thanks to his imperial brother! He walked towards his courtyard silently thinking...

Ah, Imperial Brother! You certainly did not waste time... For that, I thank you so much!!!

He went inside his courtyard, took a bath, changed his clothes, and went to bed. He could not help but smile genuinely while thinking...

Soon this mansion will never be lonely and my nights will never be cold anymore since my rightful Imperial Wife and Princess is going to enter its gate very soon... The next time my Beatrix gets pregnant, I will be the father!!!

The next day, the death of the young and intelligent Minister Zander King immediately spread and became a huge sensation in the capital! Beatrix could not hide the huge disappointment on her face when she heard the result of the investigation. According to the authorities, her husband was victimized by a certain group of bandits along the way to the capital. They promised to do their best to capture all the remaining members of that group to bring justice to the young minister...

She sneered inside her mind. She could hear them but could not find in her heart to believe their shallow sympathy or their false promises. She knew deep inside her mind and heart that her poor, innocent husband will never get justice! She knew it the moment she saw him dying, fighting to stay alive... She is very angry at the person who is behind his murder but she is angrier with herself!

Zander, I am very sorry... All of this is my fault!!!

She is looking at his peaceful appearance lying inside the coffin... Her tears fell like rain as she is blaming herself for his tragic end! She is still wallowing in grief when the butler informed her that Prince Andrew is already in the receiving area of the mansion to extend his condolences... She immediately scowled when she heard it! If everything would be up to her, she would never let him step inside her father's mansion and see her husband's remains! She does not want to see his face or even his shadow however, she needs to face him formally for the sake of the entire household...

You are truly evil and shameless!!! How dare you come to my husband's wake!!! Are you here to check if he is truly dead?!!

She gritted her teeth when she was forced to greet and welcome him inside the mansion. Prince Andrew offered his sympathy and help in front of many people. She wants to slap him several times and call him a murderer! She would like to beat him up to a pulp and throw him out of the mansion to become a free meal for wild dogs and wolves but she could not do it without serious consequences! 

As a person who represents the Lamoreaux and Marvel Household, she needs to hide her grudge! She must remain dignified and behave elegantly in front of the members of the imperial family, noblemen, noblewomen, officials, and other powerful individuals. She cannot afford to embarrass her two noble families and disrespect her late husband! In the end, she does not have a choice but to formally accept his sympathy on the surface and then politely decline his offer to help next...
