Beatrix was amused when she saw his peaceful sleeping form. She never thought that there will be an opportunity for her to see her husband sleeping like a log after the heated moment. The married couple silently looked at the three important people inside the general's mansion. The three people stared at the couple after receiving their gifts from the couple after the journey outside the capital. They are very silent and seemingly waiting for something to happen. The couple glanced at each in tacit understanding. Finally, Zander smiled happily and nodded his head to Beatrix, indicating that she should be the one to share the good news...

"Grandfather... Father... Mother... Zander and I... We are husband and wife now!" She told them excitedly but the three people remained very serious.

"Everyone knows that. We are present when you got married." General Ardor replied to her nonchalantly and then drink his wine in one gulp.

Beatrix's lips twitched in annoyance when she heard her father's indifferent response. Sometimes, her father is extremely irritating without even trying! No wonder his enemies want to tear him to pieces and several people in court do not like his guts!

"What I mean is we are together now!" She told them but they remained indifferent. Her grandfather blew and sipped his tea, her father continued drinking his wine, and her mother munched on a cookie.

"Aren't you always together whenever Zander is here?" Prime Minister Aaron said before drinking his tea again.

Beatrix rolled her eyes when she realized that they are deliberately trying to test her patience and limits!

Argh! This group of people!!!
