I believe we are who we chose to be.

Nobody's going to come and save you. You've got to save yourself.

For everybody, it's different.

The realisation that, unless you change now, you'll never really change.

Nobody knows what you want except for you, and nobody will be as sorry as you if you don't change.

Imagine who you will be one year from now. Five years from now. Chose to remain, and you'll have the same problems, the same emotions, the same routine, the same storms, and until you love yourself enough to say "no more" and until you start being intelligent about the choices you make...

You won't be happy.

Dreams

I got a five-pack of the new Kokuyo Campus binders. They're a lot thinker than the ones on the ad, but they came off of Amazon, so I was fine with it. One of them had a crack in them, which was disappointing. Brandon was getting in trouble with Amariah in the next room over about him being too loud with my binders???

So, today, I started my period and I thought, "Great! Another setback!"

However...

I won't let it return me to my binge-eating stage.

Not this time!

Naturally, after deciding to go off of my daily Halloween sweets binging, I craved sweets.

I have the discipline inside of me to say "no" to sweets, so I replaced my sweets with a much healthier option: A mini parfait.

I placed 3/4 cup of yoghurt, 1/4 cup of granola, 1/4 cup of blueberries, and 1/4 strawberries into a small bowl and mixed well.

Not only did it satisfy my craving without sacrificing my health, but the fruit will also assist in soothing my period cramps.

I really want to watch a documentary or episode of a health show that completely condemns an unhealthy lifestyle to boost my motivation.
