Note to Self: Get better at keeping up with my journaling.
Well, I did have a few binge-eating setbacks, however, I am recovering quite nicely. I loved the kale salad mix Ana bought from Costco, as the toppings and dressing it came with kept me full and had just the right amount of sweetness to curve my sugar cravings. I wish they both came in bigger packets. I attempted to look on Costco's website to see if they had the bigger packets, but they didn't even have the product. Hopefully, I can find it, or see if one of the trail mixes and dressings will do. Good night!
