I feel so tired and so sick. I thought that eating a whole slice of chocolate cake would assist in my constipation, but it only made it worse. I've been having diarrhoea three times today. I ate soup for dinner and want to vomit it out, yet I want a chocolate bar, specifically Twix. I feel SO HEAVY. Why can't I lose ANY more weight? We're almost halfway through winter holiday and my stomach HAS YET TO FLATTEN. I also haven't studied Calc at all and IDK how I'm going to understand BC when I come back from break. I would do my 1 AM study sessions, but my body has already adjusted to going to sleep early and I would be prone to binge eating late at night. Why is this so hard?!
