Yeah...I woke up THREE minutes before my 8:00 Bible Study.
I was so tired last night. Guaranteed to fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed...
So why didn't I?
Lately, I've been into reading fanfics. Sure, they're bad for my eyes due to my phone screen, but if it makes me happy and gets me to sleep, I'll allow it.
However, understand that even your own HAPPINESS requires discipline. If I'm tired, I'm going to listen to my body. I'm going to sleep before it wears off and my sleep quality suffers. I need to get back into my routine tonight. I slept for longer than the 5-6 hours I did last night, but it's not enough. If I want my mind and body to work, I need at least 8.

Note to self: No more bread for breakfast.
I'm only eating carbs once a day.
I really love rice, so I'll only use that for my carbs.
Hopefully, I weigh less tomorrow.
P.S. I'm so constipated, so I ate an apple. Hopefully, I poop soon.
One carb source a day. How did I lose weight with Avocado toast on one large sourdough slice and 3/4 cup of rice, but gain with PB & B toast on ciabatta & 1/2 cup of rice?
Maybe...Ana's advice isn't so shitty after all.
Eat everything on a flat plate to avoid cramming loads of food into a tiny bowl.
Or I could just eat each food group into teeny-tiny bowls as the Japanese do.
Word of Advice; Don't trust Ana with it.
