Ahh. Day 1 complete. I literally COULD NOT move yesterday due to my 5 hours of sleep. As much as I liked the fact that I had accustomed my body to waking up early, I didn't like the fact it was accustomed to operating on 5 hours of sleep. One of my goals during boot camp (besides going back to school weighing 100 lbs) is being able to go to bed and wake up early, operating on 8-10 hours of sleep. I'm also very proud of myself for how I portioned-controlled what I ate. This meal-planning thing is amazing. Patrick came home from the grocery, so hopefully, I have something nice for breakfast tomorrow. Why is the most important meal of the day so hard, lol. Tomorrow is a new day, and my body will become accustomed to high-intensity training and I will shed the fat.
