I didn't work out today (got caught up in school stuff) AND I ate a ton. Don't worry, I've learned my lesson. My body doesn't feel good when it eats a huge snack when I come home from school and then eats dinner on top of it two hours later.
However, I have gained some motivation, since tomorrow is the start of a new month.
February revolves around dumb romance things, but it doesn't have to be about romance with another individual. That's why I am challenging myself to complete the Blogilates monthly workout calendar (I mean--come on, this month is only 28 days, not even 30 or 31). In addition, I will focus on showing myself some self-love every single day. Let me just find a graphic off of Pinterest or the internet...
