Change of Plans: Ana and I ordered Steak n Shake for dinner. Sure, I could've made sandwiches at home, but when Ana wants fast food, you kind of...don't have a choice. When in these situations, it's best to order something that won't be held against you. Ideally, a meal is less in size/portion and calories than Ana's. That way, when she body shames you the next day, you can turn it back against her by saying that she shouldn't be talking when she ate more than you did. I didn't regret it then when I enjoyed my Peppermint Chocolate milkshake, 3-piece chicken tenders, and small fries. However, this morning, I woke up with immense heartburn and stomach pain.
Note to Self: No. More. Fast. Food.
Still trying to not regret it. Ana hasn't body-shamed me yet.
I wonder if it's because New Year's is coming up and is letting unhealthy habits slide since 2021 ends in 2 days.
What's the point?
I'm so bloated from yesterday's hot chocolate topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows.
