MANIFESTING DOES WORK!
I was feeling quite indecisive and sad today because I wanted a sweet, but couldn't figure out what. Then, Amariah and Bryan gave Ana, Brandon, and me birthday cake since today was Evenlyn's Birthday (I honestly forgot, but then again, when you've got a shitface for a niece, you always forget the girl's special day), and I felt great.
Up until binging on Costco Crossaints and Recees.
I honestly have no idea how I'm supposed to go down fifteen pounds in a week and a half. I can't get anything done. I just stay up late watching Black Butler and then wake up late and tired as hell the next day, causing me to have ZERO energy to work out.
What should I do now?
NEW PLAN: Workout Pomodoro.
My study/business breaks will be workout time before jumping back in.
That's how I'll get shit done!
