The loud, yet beautiful singing of Bianca Aquince filled her huge room. Or that was until knocking interrupted her personal concert. She groaned in annoyance, before allowing whoever dared intrude her personal time into her sleeping quarters.

The strong, sweet scent of Bianca’s perfume hit Jericho’s nose instantly. She had to stand in the room for a couple of seconds to get used to the incredibly sweet smell. Normally, Jericho would not have gotten along with her older sister, as Bianca always had “other things to do '' or what not.

No, Jericho got along with Edward. Her best friend in that god forsaken palace. However, at the rise of recent events, Jericho found it easier to approach her older sister, rather than any of her other brothers.

“Bianca.. Do you have time to speak?” Jericho tried to sound as sweet as possible, as she or anyone who spoke to her, was stepping on eggshells when speaking to Bianca.

Bianca stared at Jericho blankly for two seconds before swimming down to sit on her bed, “Alright. Why does my little sister suddenly have an interest in speaking to me rather than speaking to Edward for her life decisions?”

“I- mmm.. There’s no easy way to say this, but.. Umm… You must promise not to tell dad anything. Or Bellamy for that matter.” At her sister’s pleas, Bianca raised an eyebrow.

“Oh? Not tell dad? Or Bellamy? Going through a rebel phase, now are we?”

“Bianca, I’m being serious. Dad can not find out. Bellamy or dad would skin me alive and sell my scales to humans as punishment.” Jericho never thought she’d be the one to beg her sister for anything, yet here she was.

“Alright, you gain my silence, little sister. Just because I am incredibly intrigued by what is driving you to come beg of my silence. Go on.” Bianca urged her sister to speak.

“I need some advice. Or your opinion, at the very least. Yesterday, dad asked Bellamy to try to retrieve Bren from the possession of the dragons. For obvious reasons, sending Bellamy would attract too much attention, so instead he sent me. And Edward.. and Karver and Barrow. But I was the one who went up to the surface. I went up and I… I met a dragon. A blue dragon.” Jericho smiled to herself at the thought of you, this being a detail that did not go unnoticed by Bianca, who perked her head up at the mention of a dragon. More so a blue dragon.

“Needless to say, we shared a moment. And by moment I mean..”Jericho took a deep breath, “We kissed.” Bianca shot up from her bed, eyes wide as a gasp escaped her lips.

"Jericho Aquinus! What happened afterwards?” Though at first shocked, curiosity slowly clouded Bianca’s better judgment.

“Nothing else. Fucking Bellamy ruined my moment, but I promised I’d be back. And now that we have the mission to get Bren to come back and all that shit, I have a feeling I will be coming back. But now.. I don’t know what to do. Or what I’m feeling.”

“Alright, so let’s start there. What are you feeling? Better question, what are you not feeling?” Bianca tried to help her sister collect her thoughts.

“Umm, well I’m not feeling hatred. I thought I would, but I don’t hate them. I don’t.. I don’t think I hate dragons anymore. As to what I am feeling.. I feel.. warm. Happy, and impatient. I want to see them. Now. There’s something else, but I don’t know what that is.” Jericho furrowed her brows.

Bianca chuckled, “Oh, my dear, naive sister. What, oh what, could this feeling be… Is it perhaps..” She put a hand up to her mouth and gasped with mocking surprise, “Love?” Bianca watched in amusement as Jericho’s face twisted with so many different emotions.
