“Hey~ Are you almost done in there?” Zeke knocked on the bathroom door.
You had prohibited him from entering the bathroom while you got ready. Both of you were invited to a party. You, not being someone who goes out much, were trying your hardest to look the best you possibly could. You didn’t go out much, but when you did you tried to look as presentable as you could.
But naturally, it took you a long time to get used to being out of your natural state of sweatpants and a tank top, with a messy attempt at tying your hair up (This still works if you have short hair, unless you’re bald…in that case sorry.). But you were trying your very best to clean up, as much as you could.
However it seemed to be taking too long for your boyfriend. Zeke was normally a fairly inpatient person. Or at least he was when it came to you. At every moment he wanted to be with you, so being away from you when he knew he could be with you, was practically torture. Nevertheless, you had instructed Zeke that he wasn’t allowed in the bathroom until you were done. He obliged, but not without a protest. He seemed to have forgotten that you had him wrapped around your finger, and you walked into the bathroom, not being seen for hours on end.
“Come on~ Hurry up will you? It’s almost time!” he groaned at the door.
“Hmm~ Well, I’m almost done, but beauty takes time, you know.” You said, from inside, brushing your hair for the thousandth time.
“I can’t wait any longer, come on~ Just come out will you? Every moment you’re not here is making me go insane.” Zeke whimpered.
Sometimes he reminded you of a lost puppy. Or at least he was lost until he found you. One once aggressive, and mean, but calm, sweet and loyal once found with the right person. And the similarities were even stronger when you opened the door, and saw him staring up at you with puppy eyes. Soon enough those puppy eyes quickly turned into ones filled with shock. But it was a good shock. It was the “YouresobeautifulI’mabouttofaint” type of shock. And that boosted your ego, by a lot.
“Hey~” You patted his head.
He was already ready. He probably had been for a while. Part of you felt bad for making him wait for so long, but by the look on his face, it was clearly worth it.
“Well, should we go now?” You asked, Zeke quickly got up and kissed your hand.
“Yes, yes, let’s go.” He led you all the way to his motorcycle. Since Jace had fucked up his truck, Zeke now had to use his motercycle until he got the truck fixed. You didn’t really mind, because you thought arriving at your destination on a motorcycle was really cool, but on the other hand getting near that thing still sometimes creeped you out. But you trusted in Zeke’s ability to drive that thing.
*10 minute time skip y’all*
The party had already started by the time you had gotten there, but oh boy did you two make an entrance. But by the time you had gotten there, people were already drunk, daning, and people were already making out in the corner. You weren’t sure if by the end of the night you would fit into any of these categories
You and Zeke met up with Cam, and had a pretty fun time for a while. But soon enough just dancing was getting a little old. Apparently the other people who had been there longer, realized this too, and wanted to brighten the mood. How? Well with a good ol’ game of Truth or Dare.
“Everyone get in a circle!” Korvin yelled. Connie obediently obliged, and soon she was followed by others in forming a circle. It was finally time to start everyone’s favorite party game.
“Do we go in a circle, and take turns, or should someone get a bottle?” Alex asked. She was leaning on the cooler, so if it was needed she could just reach in and get one.
