  After Niall helped me change my pants we went to the car. They put towels down on the seat because we rented the car just in case we don't get to the hospital on time. The contractions were getting really strong and close together. Suddenly I felt the need to push.

  "Hang in there we are ten minutes from the hospital. "Perrie said. My legs were in her lap while my head was on Niall's.

  "Hurry. I need to push." I said. Another contraction hit and I squeezed Niall's hand again. I heard him hiss in pain but I didn't let go.

  "Just hang on we are almost there." Eleanor said. I felt abother contraction hit me and I could already feel the baby trying to make am interance.

  "No the head is coming out." I yelled. Perrie pulled my pants off.

  "I can see the baby's head. I know we are almost there but push." She told me. When I felt the next contraction I pushed as hard as I could. I pushed until I felt the contraction pass. I relaxed back into Niall and tried to focus on my breathing until the next contraction hit.

  "AH GET THIS OUT OF ME PLEASE THIS HURTS SO MUCH." I yelled when I pushed.

  "It's coming. I need you to push again with the next contraction." She told me. She unbuckled herself and turned her body to face me. When the next contraction hit I put my head to my chest and pushed as hard as I could. While I pushed I squeezed Niall's hand.

"AHH. I HURTS SO MUCH MAKE IT STOP." I yelled. I could feel the baby slide down farther as I pushed as hard as I could.

  "Come on the head is almost out." Perrie told me. I pushed and I felt the head pop out. I pushed and the pain got so much worse. I pushed down hard trying to get it out. I was yelling from the pain and squeezing Nialls hand a hard as I could.

  "Okay this is the hardest part to do. You have to push the shoulders out now then one of your babies are here." She told me. I felt like all of my energy was gone.

  "EASY FOR YOU TO SAY. YOU ONLY HAD TO PUSH ONE IF THESE STUPID  BABIES OUT. I HAVE TWO MORE AFTER THIS." I yelled at her. The next contraction hit and I pushed with all of the energy that I had.

  "Come on you are so close you can do this." Lou said. I pushed again and I felt the babies shoulder slide out.

  "One shoulder down one more to go. Push." Eleanor said.

  "AHH. MAKE IT STOP." I pushed again and I felt the baby slide out all the way. I heard a cry come from the baby and let out a sigh of relief.

  "You did it. Good job." Niall said. I relaxed back onto him and let go of his hand. Lou pulled into the parking lot and jumped out of the car with Eleanor. I was so happy that I had the first one of the babies out already and I only had two more to go. The contractions hit again and I winced.

  "It's a little girl." Perrie said. She grabbed one of the towels and started cleaning off the baby some before she wrapped her in a blanket. She laid the baby on my chest and Niall smiled down at me.

  "Good job baby. One down two more to go. Now we can tell Liam that he has a birthday twin." Niall said. Another strong contraction hit me and the doctor came out.

  "Ah the second on is not wanting to wait. Get it out." I said. Perrie grabbed the baby off me while the doctor came over to check on me.

  "I am going to check how dilated you are before we move you. If you are nine centimeters we will have to deliver the baby here if not we will take you inside and deliver the baby there." The doctor said. I felt the doctor check.

  "Okay you are eight centimeters. We will move you inside." The doctor said. Another contraction hit and I grabbed my stomach and yelled out in pain.

  "Let's get you on the stretcher and into the labor and delivery room." The doctor said. They got me out of the car and onto the stretcher. They threw one of the towels over me to cover my lower half. Niall held my hand the whole way to the room. The contractions were still hitting hard. I could feel the baby's head trying to make it's way out.
