"So Elena, we were wondering about making a little party to let everyone know that you are back and well. What do you think?" - Hayley asked, looking at everyone in the room.
"I don't think it's a good idea..." - I said, just the thought of having the house with people that i don't know, made me want to run away.
"A small party, just us family and a couple of your friends if you want to invite them..." - Rebekah was the one that speaked this time.
"Just Caroline and Bonnie...they deserve to know that I'm ok." - I told them, making all of the people in that room smile. - "Let's have a party." - I say giving a small chuckle.
"Who is having a party?" - The most precious voice sounded from the door, the British accent making me feel like home.
"We are! Elena agreed to have a little party to celebrate her being back." - Rebekah said not even looking at Kol.
"That's amazing, we all need a good party after everything that happened..." - He said making his way towards me showing everybody that he was only wearing a pair of sweatpants.
"Oh my god Kol, please dress something next time." - Rebekah said, making a disgusted face.
"Yeah dude, would you like it if everyone of us walked around your girlfriend dressed like that?" - Marcel asked, Kol put the empty mug on the counter growling at his words.
Everyone found odd Kol's reaction to some simple words from Marcel, no one knew that he was so protective towards me, not even I knew. I looked at Rebekah and she gave Niklaus a look, she knew that anyone my challenge Kol was him.
"So Elena, what are you wearing to the party?" - Klaus asked, grabbing my hand lightly, he was not even looking at me, he just like everybody in this room was observing Kol's movement. He looked at our hands and immediately the veins under his eyes made their appearance along with another growl. I took my hand away from Klaus the fast as I could before some war started.
"Easy Kol, no one is hurting her." - Rebekah said, looking at his brother.
"I'm sorry... I haven't fed today... You know I'm not myself when I'm hungry." - He said, giving me a little kiss on the lips before looking at the others. - "At what time this party begins?" - He asked like nothing had happened.
"I was thinking maybe... at 7p.m? It's good for all of us right?" - Hayley said, looking at me with a smile.
Everybody agreed to be ready at 7, Elena, Rebekah and Hayley decided to go do a little shopping so Elena could buy something new to dress for the party.
The girls we're happily going around the city trying to find something that Elena could wear.
"Do you know that this party is just for family and friends, don't you? I don't need to look like a princess." - I said looking at the dresses that they gave me.
"We know that but... we want you to look amazing tonight." - Hayley said, giving a look in Rebekah's direction.
"And why is that?" - I asked, looking at both girls.
"Because this party is all about you, you need to be amazing." - Rebekah said, I knew perfectly that she was lying to my face, but what was the point in arguing with an Original.
I looked around the stores for a couple more minutes before a pair of jeans and jacket called my attention, I grabbed both pieces showing them to the girls that in a couple of seconds found a top for me to wear.
#Hours later#
"You look perfect Lena." - Rebekah said after finishing my hair.
"Thank you 'Bekah." - I said looking at myself in the mirror, finally I was starting to look like myself.
